Chad from Fortified answered the phone. I was surprised. After I explained the issue with the ignition in my Honda, he said he'd be over in an hour or so, and he was. His van is a mobile shop, and he refurbished my ignition tumblers for an excellent price. I am one happy customer!

They arrived promptly & always are able to help us solve the solution. Have used multiple times between re-keying, being locked out without a key & more recently a key broke off in the door — they come thru every time!

Chad from fortified helped out with a door handle getting stuck issue at my rental property in January 2023. The issue returned unfortunately and when I called for his help he said he would be there by 9, so I scheduled the cleaning crew for 10. 10:50 - no Chad. He told me he was called to another emergency lock out at a bank and that he’d be there in an hour. 1:00pm - no Chad. Then no response to calls or text UNTIL I told him not to come at all - quickly called back and said he had a flat tire. Needless to say I’m not too impressed with the professionalism of this company. 603 lock and key on the same area helped me out same day and saved the day.

I contacted Fortified several weeks ago with an initial inquiry about my Honda. After several attempts to make contact with no luck, I left a review reflecting my experience. Chad reached out hoping to make the situation right which I welcomed and he set a time for me to meet with him the following day to have a key made. Upon arrival, he didn't have a blank to make my key (even though previous messages indicated I only posessed a valet key) and after a three hour round trip to his location, he apologized and told me it would take three days to have one mailed. This occured on Thursday of last week. Here we are, one week from the origional date of appointment and again no contact or updates. I understand he is a one man show and recognize how busy he must be, but communication takes only a few minutes to draft an email. Unfortunately I cannot recommend him based on lack of communication and preparation for an appointment he scheduled.

Fortified did a great job cut and programmed a spare key and fob for my new truck and a lot cheaper then the dealership I finally get to use my remote start. Will definitely use again, thank you!
