I was in the process of replacing my kerocene monitor heater that heated my whole downstairs rooms. Vachon, who serviced my #2 fuel boiler, suggested adding a second zone instead, and install baseboard hot water heat. We followed their suggestion and this ended up being half the cost of replacing my monitor heater. This turned out to be the best option for our needs. I highly recommend Vachon's Heating and AC, they are honest and trustworthy, and my neighbor uses them also. I recommended them to my son also.

Several months have passed since our new furnace and hot water system was installed. We continue to be very satisfied with the efficiency and reduced noise level of the system. Our calls for oil have been reduced by at least half, and there have been no hot water reduction dips to cold while in the middle of our showers!!

Being new to the area, Vachon’s came highly recommended by locals. Great local family company to do business with. From the initial call to set up an appointment to any other issues they were fast to respond to calls and calls for service. We were able to get an appointment rather quickly to have dual mini-splits installed in our home. The installation was very clean. When we had questions about the use of the Haier mini split (since owners manuals tend to be non-existent these days), Mike was happy to come out and give us a refresher course on the use. They have great customer service as well. Highly recommend them.
