There are no authorized repair dealers in NH for our Dacor range. We called several repair shops that refused to help. Finally, Appliance Doctors said they would come out and see what they could do. They fixed one problem on the spot and ordered parts for the other. They called when parts came in and our oven was fixed by the end of the week.
Great service!!! I’ll call them again.
I absolutely love this company! From Rachel as the Admin. answering calls and responding to emails (she's EXTREMELY prompt and reliable) to the wonderful and top quality service I have received from Mishka and Danny, you can't beat this company for any appliance repair. They are reliable and affordable and a pleasure to deal with, I've used them 3 times now and have not been disappointed!

We received excellent customer service from the Appliance Doctors located in Henniker, NH. They were quick to respond to our request for service, were always professional, congenial and competent. We knew from the start that our Samsung oven was a lemon, requiring its first new igniter when it was four years old, and its second igniter 2 years later. I felt that they were honest, doing diagnostic work on the oven to determine if it was the sensor or the “board” that was defective. When they figured out that it was not the sensor, having installed one to diagnose the problem, they did not charge me for the sensor, but only the house call. This is a local, family run business and I highly recommend them!

They called to say they could come two days earlier than promised and arrived on time, took care of my gas stove, told what would wear out next and said that the service fee would be waved when it was time to fix that. Highly recommend!

They fit me in within a few days, arrived with the dryer element in hand and had it repaired within 25 minutes. Fast, professional and will work on Samsung machines. Important to note- Samsung machines are very reasonably priced at purchase and they are more expensive to repair. It was a 50/50 decision to repair vs replace at 8 years old but during Covid, it made sense to just get it back up and running with minimal in home visits. These professionals arrived with masks and met all protocols.

Rachel quickly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following day to look at our refrigerator that wasn't as cool as it should be. In the morning, the Doctors called to say they were on the way, as promised. They performed a thorough diagnosis and provided a written quote for the job, with a time estimate to acquire the needed replacement part. (It was snowing, and they put on booties to keep the kitchen floor clean.)
2 days later, they called first thing in the morning to pick a time in the afternoon to complete the repair, replacement part in hand. Again - they called to say they were en route. Once onsite, they disassembled the components necessary, and found an additional problem. We agreed to move forward with a small additional charge for the time required. The appliance we reassembled, wiped down clean and set back in place.
The repair was completed and the fridge is working like new.

Bought a used fridge, washer & dryer. They fixed them up and they work amazing now! Great service & good rates!
