Excellent experience booking online, getting a call to explain the issue, getting a text with the timeframe we discussed, then getting another text to confirm when within that time they would arrive and that it still worked with my schedule. The two employees arrived promptly, were respectful of my space, went just down the road to get the right tool, then came back and fixed the issue right away. They pointed out a very slow leak to the water tank that I had already noticed and discussed with the real estate agent when I looked at renting the place, but otherwise got the heat working again very quickly and it's still going strong. So much better than the tiny space heater I had to use after the natural gas seemed to run out after I signed up for a rate change with Liberty utilities in Londonderry! I'm glad I did, but wonder if that caused the issue I was experiencing, since the hot water was still working well. Seemed to be that the change in fuel really tested the old boiler for the forced hot air, because ultimately it seemed to be a very easy fix and I've noticed less rattling and more consistent heat since they stopped by. Dylan and Evan arrived on time and after introducing themselves, got to work replacing our old water heater. Both were professional and knowledgable, and kept me informed. Upon completion, the installation looked and worked great. Thanks again to Dylan and Evan, Great job!

I have used AL Terry Plumbing several times over the last 7 years and they always do fantastic work. They are honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy - always taking the extra time to walk me through problem and the fix. I highly recommend them!

Braden arrived today (with assistant and trainee) Nate,
to change out the lines for the mini-split system.
Both were very professional, courteous, and very
efficient in their work. Braden certainly
was knowledgeable and knew his stuff. The work was required
because of (in my opinion) a shortfall in the original installation.
However, the company made up for it by generously adjusting
the price. I'm sure the system will be good for many years
to come. Good job!

My first experience with this vendor. They saved me from my own mistake - I bought a toilet that wouldn’t fit into the space due to interference with the supply line.
They suggested choices (including moving the supply line) and wound up going to the vendor (Sink and Spout) to get an a toilet that fit.
Disaster averted, and both vendors took care of business. Well done ATPH!

Al Terry's team led by Casey. did a terrific job installing our heat pump system. They were careful and focused throughout the install. They were careful to involve us in their process by asking our input at various points along the way. We are very pleased with their work and with the system. A really nice effort..

I had a person come to put a drain in for converting my bathtub into a walk-in shower and while he was there, he recommended that I changed the toilet flange. I agree to it and had to leave for work and left him there with my son
After arriving home that night with the contractor, he says where’s the drain?
The plumber knew what I was doing and knew what I needed and put in 2 feet of PVC from the old drain where the new drain was And failed to know that a drain was needed even though that’s why he was there. He put a toilet flange in as well.
So 2 feet of 1 1/2 inch PVC and a toilet flange
The receipt they gave me said miscellaneous work. I called for a breakdown and the breakdown was miscellaneous plumbing work $993 and the drain wasn’t even put in.
I don’t know how this could be justified for these two simple things to be nearly $1000
It’s price gouging and a scam
You feel that it’s OK to pay this price for that because it’s what it is then go ahead and be my guest. I called and inquired to no avail
I spoke to other couple of plumbers after this who couldn’t believe what I paid for what was done
In my experience, I feel cheated and scammed. And by all means I’m not a cheap person. I don’t mind paying for good service. But I Was definitely taken advantage of with no remorse

Al Terry Plumbing &Heating installed a 3rd unit to my Mitsubishi system today. From Nick, the salesperson, to Braden and Casey, I couldn’t be more pleased! They were informative, professional, well trained and delightful people! The installation exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company including the office staff and great reminders and information provided.

Our water heater began to leak after just over 3 years. Al Terry techs were out here the next business day. They diagnosed the issue and advised us the system needed to be replaced. They had a new system installed within a few hours and it was fully covered under warranty. ??
