We had a previous “repaired” (by painters) crack in our ceiling 4 years ago that now ran down the wall above the door.
We met with 3 drywall contractors for a quote and Charlie stood out among the others mostly because of his knowledge and experience. He has a strong work ethic, cared for our home as it was his own, and his work is simply perfection! He even repaired a smaller crack in the corner without charging more than he quoted. I am very confidant we won’t see this crack again. If you want quality work done by a truly skilled professional Charlie is your guy.
Charlie repaired some damaged drywall in our sunroom. Looks good as new. Highly recommend

Charlie and Richard did a fantastic job. I have large cut outs in each of my bathrooms (3 in total) where plumbing work needed to be completed prior. The original contractors couldn't even get the drywall to line back up correctly when they put it back so it sat unevenly for months while I searched for the right guy. They came in and fixed all three spots and you wouldn't have any idea that a 3 foot hole was made prior. So grateful for them. They patched and painted my stairway and halls too so you can't see the prior paint marks. It's amazing what true craftsmanship and a fresh coat of paint will do. Clean up was incredible. I was braced for dust and debris....it's like they were never here. Thanks Charlie!

Charlie and his team did a fantastic job turning our old textured ceilings into beautiful smooth ceilings. He was punctual and met every date on his project plan. We were thrilled with the whole process.

November of 2023, I hired Charlie and his crew to repair my living room ceiling where I had 2 large drywall splits from water damage that came from the upstairs bathroom bathtub leaking. He also painted the entire first floor ceiling at my townhouse in Hudson, NH. Charlie gave me a very reasonable quote and did a fantastic job! The ceiling and the paint job look better than when it was new. I am very, very happy with the work and professionalism that Charlie provided me with. Charlie is very punctual and has exceptional talent in the construction trades. I am going to hire him to do work for me at my home in Manchester this winter, (2024). Charlies Drywall and Painting can't be beat, and he is as honest as a man as I have met. Great job, very happy with his work!
Update: I had Charlie and his crew come to my home in Manchester this past week (February 19-23, 2024) to repair drywall and do more painting for me. Charlie repaired the kitchen ceiling and painted it with just the very best results I could have asked for. It looks better than when the home was first built back in the 1980's!
I also had Charlie paint the ceilings, doors, trim and walls in my upstairs living room, bathroom, hallway, middle floor foyer, downstairs hallway, and both the upstairs guest closet, and the downstairs storage closet. He also repaired the drywall on my ceiling in my upstairs office and repaired and painted a large drywall seam in my downstairs hallway wall which has bothered me for over 25 years.
Charlie and his crew did exceptional work, and I am SO VERY HAPPY with the fantastic results! It feels like I am now living in a better than brand new home. What a great feeling when I come home every day and now find that I am so much happier and relaxed in my home, now that everything looks so great! Charlie and his crew did such a wonderful, and truly professional job. They are simply, the best in the business, as well as being absolutely trustworthy. Needed a big hole repaired. Charlie was fast, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. You can tell he cares about his work. He’s good at what he does and I appreciate the quick work! If I ever need drywall, I know who to ask.

I would absolutely recommend Charlie's Drywall to anyone who is in need of ceiling repairs or other similar services. I had 3 places throughout my home that needed either damage repair or re-texturing from previous repairs by others that were finished in a way that did not match the ceiling pattern through the rest of the house. Charlie assured me during our initial meeting that after he completed his work, nobody would be able to tell which areas he worked on because they would blend so nicely, and he was right! Not only did his quality of work produce a flawless result, but he was extremely professional and accommodating, super easy to work with. He conducted the work (which spanned 2 days) in a sequence that was very thoughtful in creating extremely minimal impact to us and our living spaces during the repairs.

I searched for a long time to find a contractor who could competently remove the popcorn ceiling in my living room and provide a top notch painting job on the same room - including up the main staircase to the 2nd floor. I found Charlie's Drywall after an extensive on-line search - relying on the great reviews folks had posted about Charlie's work. I was not disappointed. Charlie completed the job on-time and beyond expectations - providing a smooth "class five" (I'm not sure exactly what this is, but I'll say it is perfectly smooth) finish to the ceiling. The paint job is absolutely perfect, as well. I would highly recommend Charlie's Drywall and Painting for anyone looking for a top quality drywall and painting contractor.

I had a ceiling in my family room that was done by a commercial drywaller who did not know what he was doing for ceiling finishing. Finally, after 34 years of looking at the catastrophe, I reached out the Charlie's Drywall & Painting to see if he could fix all the problems. I put my faith in Charlie and what I have now is the most sound, crack free, smooth, and bright family room ceiling. His work is incredible; a true artist.
