Worst customer service to date. Not only does the person at the register act dismissive, he says thank you sir. Pretty obvious female here. In there couple days ago, took my credit card (Juliette), today wonders if the zip code fits the card. Says I can bag up the fittings while he has to enter the card number and hands me a bag. Ya know...

Old and dirty location. Very unorganized. When they have lunch, the food is gone in second because they allow fat slobs and homeless people to come in and eat all the food.

The store was a disorganized mess. I would give it zero stars if I could. I went down the road to the Granite Group. It had everything I needed and a staff capable of answering all my questions.

After a few decades of shopping in plumbing supply stores, I was at the Keene NH FW Webb store yesterday. I was very impressed with several factors such as abundance of inventory, ample personal on staff and willingness to engage with the customers. If there is one thing I have learned over the years as a customer in a small town trades person environment, is that the smallest effort of customer service, a smile a nod, eye contact or a question of "are you allset", is very much appreciated and will keep customers loyal and comming back through the door. Keep up the good work, and thanks for going the extra mile for us, mike k.
