John is respectful and friendly. He rebuilt three large porch screens and built a new one for us. He is a busy guy but he saw to it that our screens were completed by the time we needed them.

We had a hinge on a commerical glass door break on us, leaving the door unusable. We called Carbone's yesterday afternoon and they came out today and fixed it for us! They are very nice and personable and provided excellent service.

Very friendly but all new windows installed(13). Huge gaps were left between window and sill, plus around all the woodwork!! No matter what room you are in there's a constant breeze around every window. We had to purchase a ton of supplies to fix every window. The windows all are covered in condensation. We tried putting wood putty on wood b4 filling in tons of huge gaps, wks later still fully wet, could just wipe off. Never again. I've never seen such horrible installation and w/not a word said about the huge gaps!! Awful since it was sold.
