Miranda was as pleasant and helpful as all the reviews have mentioned. We needed the deadbolt hole widened for a new lock. They were super accommodating for our schedule. When the locksmith arrived he was pleasant, worked fast and left the area clean.

We had a lock break on our back door over the weekend. I called on Monday morning, they had me send a photo of the lock, and a tech arrived around noon. She was professional and courteous and made quick work of the repair. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic experience. Needed 13 doors re-keyed at new home and could not provide Gatekeeper with any keys to old locks. They had a tech (Gabe) to me within 24 hours and he was able to re-key all locks, install keypads and cut new keys on site very quickly and was very pleasant and informative as well. 5 star ⭐️ service.

Friendly, quick, and helpful people. I called ahead to see if they had the key blanks I needed. They answered every question clearly and quickly. When I arrived they truly gave me service with a smile, and I left feeling good that I had supported a local business. I thought their key copying service was very professional and reasonably priced.
