He was very knowledgeable on every question I had and made me feel completely at ease going through the inspection. He was able to get to mine in time for my closing was able to refer tradesmen to me for things I will want to do at my home. Explains everything in detail, my report was ready that evening! With relocating to NH from out of state, we needed someone we really felt confident would give our new home a thorough inspection so that we would know of any potential findings asap, and address them prior to closing. Not only did Eric respond quickly to my email, he called me the next day to discuss exactly what we were looking for in the inspection, prices, what to expect, and he was available within a few days. During the inspection Eric took the time to explain things he was seeing and give some background and knowledge on it.
