Another Cycle Appliance Repair made it very easy to schedule a repair. I started by making an appointment online one evening, after hours, and then was able to change the date of the service through text the next day. The company communicated very well. I got a text update when my repairman was on his way, which was helpful because this service was in regards to a fridge at my tenant’s property so I wasn’t on-site for the visit. Taylor was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. After diagnosing the problem, he spent ten minutes on the phone with me explaining the problem and discussing options. Due to the nature of the problem and the cost to fix it, it was less expensive to buy a new fridge rather than fix it so I can’t speak to the quality of their work but I won’t hesitate to use them again if I have future appliance problems.

Another Cycle Appliance Repair has earned a customer for life. Can't say enough good things about my experience with them. I was having an issue with my dryer where it wouldn't always start. I found Another Cycle Appliance Repair through a google search and submitted a request online. I heard back from them promptly and was able to schedule a trouble call. The technician Paul they sent was extremely helpful and spent a couple of hours troubleshooting and cleaning the 20+ year old dryer that had never been cleaned. All seemed to be well when he left but after drying one load the same issue came back and dryer wouldn't start again. I sent a text to Another Cycle Appliance Repair letting them know the issue wasn't resolved. The owner called me back within minutes and personally came out to assess the issue. He determined a new motor was actually required. He had a new motor ordered and installed within days. The customer service was phenomenal. Thank you!
