Small business! Highly recommend. Was very easily reached, very responsive, and not to mention kind through the entire process. Very understanding and willing to work with his customers. Very fairly priced as well! Will definitely rent from Apex again.

The owner is, by far, one of the nicest individuals I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The machine was delivered on time, clean, fueled, and in great shape. He took his time walking me through the maintenance (my previous experience had only been on the operations side), and when I slipped a track going over a rock he came out to fix it and had it ready by the time I made it back to the lot the next day. He even gave me some pointers via text on how I could improve my navigation to ensure I didn't run into the problem again.
As a woman, I have gotten pretty used to mechanics and contractors rolling their eyes and metaphorically patting me on the head when I say (aside from a few key points) that I am building my home myself. I'm glad I kept calling around. I needed an excavator to fix a very worn logging road on the land I purchased for the home. Anthony didn't bat an eye at the idea, and showed genuine enthusiasm for my long project ahead. I was so happy to give him my business and look forward to partnering with him in the future. I felt not only welcomed to rent from him, but also respected and appreciated as a valued customer. I don't write reviews, but this one really matters.
I cannot recommend him enough, thanks again!!
