Jed built our dream bouldering gym and did a fantastic job. He had a lot of good thoughts in the design process and helped us converge on a design that would work in our space. During the construction he was professional, on time and kept things tidy. The final structure is very well done with clean angles, attention to detail, super solid and built so the climbing load is basically independent of the house framing. The gym was built inside a 21'x20' room and has climbing up to 12' high with about 520 sq ft of climbing wall including a Moonboard. Jed also used his experience and connections to help us select and purchase good climbing holds. Last but certainly not least, Jed finished the project on time and on budget!
We knew we wanted hardwood stairs and a modern hand rail, but Jed made it come to life for us. He is a professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous carpenter. He was flexible, timely and ensured we were pleased with his work. He helped us design a unique, metal handrail that was custom created and fit perfectly in our home. We highly recommend JDP Carpentry!

I had JDP build a climbing wall in my garage this past year. Jed was great at designing everything and was great at communicating through the whole process. When they showed up to build, they were prompt, clean, and professional. They finished the project in under the expected time and had no wasted supplies. A true professional I’d hire again without hesitation!

JDP Carpentry is synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. Jed is extremely knowledgeable and was considerate of our personal taste, while lending his experience to help with fine detail decision making. Our custom kitchen cabinetry is stunning and we wouldn’t hire anyone else in the future. Can’t say enough positive about the entire process from beginning to end.

Jed is a hard-working, dependable, professional, Finish Carpenter. He shows up on time and puts in a full day and keeps you abreast of any situations. He is thoughtful and works through any problems that may arise. His finish work is amazing, extremely professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. He came highly recommend by other professional carpenters and we felt lucky to have him work in our home.
