I'd like to share my experience working with Artisan Electrical Contractors, Inc. Late one winter Sunday while driving home, my wife spotted an Artisan Electric vehicle with their logo parked in a driveway. The vehicle belonged to Nate Bastille a project manager with Artisan. We stopped and talked with Nate about needing a new service for our summer cottage. Nate took our information met us on a Friday afternoon provided a quote for the installation of a new 200 amp service. Nate took care of everything from permits to inspections. The two gentlemen Nate sent (Mike and Ryan) to install the new service were professional and on time. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again.

I would highly recommend Artisan for your electric needs. The work completed was wiring for our new hot tub. Ethan provided a new breaker, ran the wiring through the house to our new outside hot tub control panel, installed metal conduit underground for a clean look, and met with the inspector for the required inspection. Thank you Ethan for the great work, much appreciated!

I used Artisan Electrical for some projects around the house and I was very happy with the service they provided. From the estimate all the way through the work completion, everyone was very friendly & professional. Max & Matt were efficient and left everything spotless. They communicated what they were doing throughout the process and were very respectful. I felt as though they went above and beyond when it came to the work and even adjusted our mounted TV brackets to ensure everything was completely level before they left. I would definitely recommend Artisan Electrical to others!

Our company had a small project which needed almost immediate attention and we called around before finding Artisan and had difficulty getting anyone to return our calls. When we did get return calls, we got the usual run around about how the price would be unknown, even though we were very specific in what needed to be done. Artisan Electric was clear, understood the project, didn't play games, and within 24 hours of my call (which was late in the day when I called), had everything finished the very next morning.
They were professional, courteous, and because of that, they are my go-to company to use from this point on for electric.

Artisan was great to work with from estimating the work with Nate to the actual work being completed by Max and Matt. The pricing for the work was reasonable and the execution was quick and professional. We highly recommend Artisan for your electrical needs.

Max and Matt were excellent! They demonstrated great knowledge and skill and they worked efficiently. They were friendly and personable, and kind enough to even move my plants and grow lights out of the way and plug them into another outlet while they worked. I appreciated their covid safety protocols, and how thoughtful they were to automatically wear boot covers inside to keep our floors clean. (I would never ask them to do this, but it was so considerate.) Best of all, they did an immaculate job cleaning up when they were done working in our basement. The work they did for us was top-notch, and the floors literally looked cleaner than when they arrived! I love Artisan Electric and will never hire anyone else!

Thanks to everyone at Artisan Electric! - Had a new electrical panel put in. I had a great experience with your company. Would hire you in a minute should I need anything in the future.
I got 3 quotes, Artisian came in at the middle. The electrician with the lowest price didn't show up twice! The moment Artisian showed up to evaluate the job, I knew I was in good hands due to their professionalism. Nate & Andrea in operations communicated with me all though the project. I received a call the morning of the job telling me the electrician would be 10 minutes late! That never happens. Baldo, the electrician was the neatest, intelligent, kind and respectful tradesman. Matt showed up so they could label all the circuit breakers. They were done in one day.
Also my gratitude to Baldo for handling my little jobs, that I know would not be typically handled by an electrician, like replacing the switch on my lamp, fixing the kitchen dimmer switch, evaluating an outlet that I thought I felt heat from. Very thorough - I feel safe in my home now. I am very happy!

Artisan has truly mastered the electrician business. They deliver top quality, personable customer service, detail oriented, take caution around your home and fair pricing. Look no further, as I have used other local electricians that did not even come close to this experience. I have used them two times now and both were an amazing experience. I would only consider Artisan for any electrical work as I can trust it will get done to the highest degree. Thank you!
