Eversource did tree limb cutting on my street some weeks ago. The brush was left on the side of the road! I called Eversource due to the fact I was almost hit by a car avoiding a deer that was feeding on the acorns in the brush. I spoke to a representative who Told me she would call me back. Never happened. Called the police due to the near fatal incident. Not a police issue, call public service. I did, two weeks ago and the brush is still there. Perhaps if the car had hit me and my two dogs, the brush would have been removed!!!!!!

Six phonecalls over two months so far to establish new service. Even had an appointment with a four-hour window for a rep to assess my service request. He no-showed. Worst. Customer service. EVER!

Seems like they take their direction from the Texas grid. Screw em over and make them pay more Never able to get a human on the line in under 40 minutes, EVER. Good thing the US is going to Hell or I'd make a complaint. They won't be here much longer once 45 is in office so bend over and let them gape you.

Great customer service call today. I spoke with Ashley about the current widespread outage with concerns for my 93 yr old mother who has her account flagged for medical. Ashley not only assured me that my mom’s medical designation was activated, she also told me exactly where the crews were working and what the problem was. She further explained the electrical end of the problem— I now know what that pop sound is and what an open fuse is. Pretty impressive- maybe she is a former lineman for the county?

I have to say I was expecting the worst after reading reviews of the customer service. Got through to a person (granted, it was after saying “representative” to the robo lady a few times first) and then a real human woman answered right away and was kind, receptive, and empathetic to the fact that we had a tree on a power line blocking us from getting out of our road to go to work. She took my phone number so I could receive text updates. Very sweet and thoughtful. Felt seen and heard.
