Ray came highly recommended as a home inspector from our realtor and he more than lived up to the reputation. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything in clear, concise ways while we walked the property with him which was perfect for first time homeowners like myself and my wife. He was able to answer any and every question we had down into finer detail as well - we feel like we have a much better understanding of our home and homes in general because of the inspection. His final report and recommendations were very clear and informative and we would certainly recommend his services to anyone we know!

He was able to locate a tough to find issue with the home he was inspecting for me that will save me a lot of time and money.
