My AC unit is dying, so I called Sanford to come help diagnose it. Eddie was my technician and he was awesome. Clear communication and diagnosed my system for me. I'm an engineer so I always poke and prod at the explanation to make sure I understand and Eddie satisfied that desire perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience (as much as you can have when a major appliance is dying!).

Brett was great. He advised when he was 30 minutes away which is super helpful when you have 4 dogs and need to put them away before the technician arrives. He got right to work while I attended some conference calls and was super efficient. He left the area nice and tidy and advised that my water heater was on its last leg, which I already knew, so he worked to schedule for a replacement. He was pleasant to work with and hope to see him back again for my next routine maintenance.
