Called in to LHR on Thursday and they sent two technicians out Monday morning to see why my mini split system was not working. System was not installed by LHR but, after a short time they had three options for me to consider. I went with the biggest job but the most promising for a long term fix. Jacob and Aiden got right on the repair that day, came back on Tuesday and finished just in time for 100deg days the rest of the week. Awesome, Professional, Polite, and Creative team at LHR saved my week and summer. Thank you LHR

Cody and his teammate was very polite, experienced and patient. It was a 2+hr job and they made sure the work was carefully explained, thought out and efficiently completed. LHR is very, very high with their prices and they work of a tiered, group style of pricing to market their services. I was in a pinch with time, so I spent the $2K to fix valves, 2 faucets and 2 wax rings. Call me crazy, I know, but I appreciated the quality service.

Jeff, Cody, Mary and team are true professionals. From the start they provided excellent customer service and prompt quotes. The day of service to replace and install a new water heater - they worked efficiently and quickly. We also had another small issue come up that they fixed. We definitely recommend LHR - you won't be disappointed!

LHR came highly recommended to me as a skilled and trustworthy.company. From my initial call as a new customer, through the diagnostic / estimate process, repair and install, ALL LHR Employees were precise and professional. Cody and Aiden, the Techs assigned to our call, were thorough and kind as well as knowledgeable and excellent at explaining the work being done. The ability to track all work/progress and payments online is a real plus as well. It’s great to know LHR exists and works / serves my area. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with LHR. I called about a leak with my shower, and they came and had it fixed the same day that I called. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and a great people person. Nice company with nice employees!

First time using LHR Plumbing & Heating. Office staff was very friendly and courteous. I received a text notification a few days before reminding me about the up coming appointment, and follow up text and call the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was on there way. The technician, Joe, was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained my options and got right to work once I agreed on the services I wanted to move forward with. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Joe explained what he found and what he did along with verifying if I had any questions or concerns. He answered my questions and left the worksite clean. I will definitely be using LHR Plumbing & Heating again.

LHR Plumbing & Heating have fantastic customer service. Scheduled my appointment and came out for a thorough onsite visit. Provided me a few options (quotes) on what I wanted to get done. They were even able to finish the work the same day. Cody was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done without hesitation. I would highly recommend LHR to anyone in this area looking for quality work with great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic! I can never get a plumber to come in a timely fashion and fix something in one shot. LHR was across the street at my neighbor's and I called and asked if they had time after their service if they could stop in and check out my shower head and faucet in master bath that were both not working. They answered the phone and then said they would call me back and they did and said someone would be over and texted me when their tech was coming and then the tech called me (I wasn't home but my husband is disabled and couldn't help him ) and told me what he thought it was and asked for my permission to diagnose and take everything apart. He told me what it would cost based on different repair scenarios. I told him to go ahead. He took both apart and found that it was just as he thought in the faucet and the shower head actually had small stones in it! He fixed everything in a timely manner and the price came in UNDER what he expected - I was thrilled. I had two plumbers that thought they had to order parts from Kohler but never returned! LHR didn't need parts. The tech had what he needed and completed the job. He took photos of everything he did and posted it to my account online. I was billed online and by text - I think I ended up just giving the credit card number on the phone. I can't say enough of the service I received by a competent technician named Angel and office staff that was totally on the ball and followed up with me after each call. Really, nothing I have ever experienced before. I sent an email around to my neighbors on the street to tell them that I found their new Dream Plumber!

I had great same day service for an indirect water heater replacement. The technician Cody was very nice and really good at his job. He was also great with my 2 dogs! The replacement was quick and didn’t leave a mess at all. The customer service from the LHR office was great too. All my questions were answered and I had several option to choose from. I will be using LHR for any future plumbing and heating needs.
