Pete was awesome. He Came out late night on a weekend to fix a plumbing issue for my rental property. I tried every plumber in the area and Pete/Roto-Rooter were the only ones who came through. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the name has been around for years. So we tried them. They were horrible. They ripped off my mother of her hard earned retirement money. Charged her extra for work that did not need to be done. Did not listen to the customer. Did not listen to the customers problem or try to understand it. Did not solve the issue. The office was called and I got back talk for actually sticking up for my mother. The technician knew better and did worse. They do not care about the customers. They do not treat you with value. I am so un happy with the service, the technician, the price, the way we were told how they were going to do it cause we are only home owners. I am a professional and this is the only way I will do it. then its does not work they wont even come back and make it right. Our grandfather built this house with his bare hands and equipment the best we could nearly 60 years ago here. We know what the problem is. we have been here for a lifetime. You were in my driveway for 20 minutes. Did not even investigate the inside of the basement to confirm anything you were saying. Did not confirm what we were saying either cause you simply DID NOT CARE! I was injured and unable to make the repairs for several months before and after. But now I had to make it anyways ZERO STARS IS CORRECT !!!!!!! I am still open if you want to make the right work now at your cost. I will even have the septic repumped out again this year just for it. I am still so upset by this 8 months later. I am still dealing with issues. I am now have to spend extra money to repump this out again. And clean it myself while injured.

We had a plumbing emergency where all of our drains weren't draining. Roto router made it to our house in under 20 minutes, noted it was a clog in the pipes, and advised us to wait 24 hours for the water level to go down. Thank God it did, and they were there the next morning to clean the clog out of the main pipe. This was a time of panic for us, just the tech that was at our house made us feel so much better, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They're a bit expensive, but the kindness, customer service and peace of mind are worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeffrey and Alex did amazing work helping with a horrible situation of sewer water in my basement. Not only did they walk threw the clean up part and eased my mind that it will all be ok in the end. They did all the in-between work with my insurance company. And have checked in on their suggestions for finishing the repair part. Very knowledgeable reliable and a pleasure to have in my home.

We can't thank Torre enough!!! We had an after hours emergency with water dripping from the drop ceiling in our finished basement. We called several other places and got nowhere until we called Roto-Rooter and were connected with Torre. He realized he was much closer to our house than his next call and came right over, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was in and out in less than an hour. Super nice guy and great experience. We found an awesome plumber, and this will be our first call from now on! Thank you, Torre!!!

We had backup from a sewage line that became clogged due to our HOA not having the septic tank pumped. The first few places we called had answering machines or didn't answer. I googled a few more places and of those, Roto Rooter answered right away. The person on the phone was polite and assured us they would send someone as soon as possible. Petey Pete was on call that day, Sunday. Pete was very professional and even asked questions before arriving so that the process could be a fast one. Once he arrived he went straight to work. He even offered to explain the entire process, which he did. He was Not condescending at all. He was your friendly neighborhood maintenance guy, someone you felt like you've known your whole life. He was polite and once the work was completed he didn't leave a mess at all. It was as if the issue of the plumbing was never there. Thank you Pete, if we ever have a plumbing issue we'll be calling this company again for their services.

Roto Rooter was very professional they came to our house and Timothy explained everything that we needed to know ,he snaked our drain, told us what we needed to do and everything worked out great I couldn’t be more happier with their service and their professionalism. Timothy even called the next day to make sure that everything was running OK. I would personally recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing service. Russ

I used there service three times but still not fix the problem. Call back service never an option and cost 3 times the same job other company do. Feel like be robbed and thank you unsatisfied ☹️

I had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. After 2 hours of working the grease caked pipe line, Allen got the line freed up and flowing again!! Thanks Allen for doing a great job and staying persistent so my tenant could use her kitchen sink again! Great job!
