I worked with Deb on this order. At first I order just a kitchen countertop which I was very happy with. Deb had mentioned that they also do bathroom cabinets as well. We did need a cabinet with a sink in a rush and I was very pleased that they were able to do this for us in such a short period of time. I was told that the kitchen countertops were going to be just over $400. Great! and when I added the two bathroom vanities it would come to $620. I even specifically said "$620 for everything including the kitchen countertops?" and Deb confirmed that that was my total price for everything ordered. When my husband went in today to pick up our items we were NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Apparently $620 was only for the bathroom cabinets! Not the FULL ORDER as Deb led me to believe. $620 is only for two cabinets with countertop 22"x19". No sinks, no nothing. Because we are in such a small time frame window we had no choice but to take it. I originally was excited to work with this company because they had such a great turn around. Now, I will never take my business back there for any of our remodels to any of our units. I urge you to search elsewhere. I guess it was too good to be true! Also to note: Home Depot has the same quality of cabinets for about $100 and that includes the sink! You just have to wait a bit longer for them to ship it to you. Lesson learned!

Very rude and wasting my time. I came here on a recommendation that they do good and fast work at a fair price. I needed a replacement desk top. I needed it to match exactly to the existing damaged one. After I gave them my specifications required, they said they would email me back with quotes. They emailed me back basically saying what I wanted was too complicated. I tried simplifying it, then the responses started becoming condescending and rude. Saying I was changing my descriptions of what I needed. Finally, I got out of them that the thickness of the desk top that I needed, 5/8", was something they do not stock and I should look elsewhere, this was done again in a rude fashion. I run a business myself, and they were not easy to work with and they were rude. Although my feelings were not too badly hurt (joke), I do not appreciate being talked to as if I am a moron and would like to share this with others. I was going to them giving a local company my business, and was treated poorly, as a result, they get an negative review. And BTW, I do post positive reviews of local companies as well, so I am not here ONLY to complain.
