This company is very reliable. They did a wonderful high-quality job installing the skylights and redoing that roof section. Most importantly they stand behind their work and the promise of customer satisfaction if there is a problem: Brett R (general manager) was very responsive.
We especially liked our salesman Nick V, and Justin who did the interior work - he was very thorough and pleasant to work with.

Replaced my roof including adding copper snow belts and gutters.
A deficiency in the work was found a year and half after completion, upon informing the office they had a crew at my house within two days and without any arguments. Rob in particular was very professional throughout the process.
I can’t emphasize how impressed I am with their professionalism, as in my experience many contractors would have argued the situation, which was clearly not the case. As an Architectural/Engineering professional with over 25 years experience I would recommend Master Roofers to anyone in need of roof repairs or installation.

Master roofers did a great professional job from start to finish. They addressed all of my concerns and finished the job to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them .As I stated about Master roofers follow though on any concerns Phyllis promptly scheduled an appointment to look at concerns I had after the installation . Justin came out and inspected the areas of my concern and promptly and professionally took care of them within 2 Days of my call. This is the kind of company I want to continue to do business with they promise they will take care of any concerns when the project is completed and even a year later promptly came out and resolved my concerns with a smile , it doesn't get any better than that. Master roofers are great company with phenomenal customer service.

We love our beautiful new GAF HD Arch/Shingle Roof! However, it was a mixed start w/logistics regarding Mat’l Delivery, Dumpster Delivery and incorrect Shingle Style Order. What impressed me w/ Master Roofers was their response to issues and ultimately Customer Satisfaction in addressing any issues. Great Install Team which was Customer Centric! So pleased w/outcome!!!

Soon after a pine tree fell on our metal-shingle roof I called Master Roofers for help. Phyllis in the office was sympathetic, and sent Pat Shea, certainly a master at roofing, who came in a day. He diagnosed the problem and applied an excellent repair. Plus he's a fine person you'd like as a friend.
Coincidentally I was in need of a skylight replacement. Again Phyllis helped get me a quote, and again sent Pat with his assistant Justin. The new skylight is solar powered and professionally installed, to my great delight.
What more can be said to recommend this company for both roofing and skylight installation! 5 stars and more.*****

Master Roofers installed a new roof on my house in August. They were excellent every step of the way. I got multiple quotes for a new roof. When Victor came to my house to estimate it, he was the only one to go up on my roof and into my attic. He took pictures and video to show the condition of my roof. His quote was thorough and detailed. There were no games like some of the other companies ("if you sign today, extra special pricing"). Master roofers was the only company that could provide a chimney cap in addition to the roof. Even with the chimney cap, their price was better than any of their competitors. Prior to installation, I received regular communication from John, the operations manager. During installation, Josh and Manny clearly explained what was going to be done. I should also mention Pat, who measured the chimney cap and installed it. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. The workers doing the installation worked hard and quickly. They were careful to protect my landscaping, deck, and pool. When they were done, they thoroughly cleaned all around my house. Other than my beautiful new roof, you couldn't tell they had been there. I highly recommend Master Roofers. They had the best price, best quality, and best capabilities.
