My experience was excellent and my move was complicated. I scheduled the move with Paul and John, extremely accommodating even though my plan changed twice last minute. The most awesome moving team of EZ, Shawn, and Zion could not have been better! I highly recommend College Bound Movers. The price was less than I expected. Also shout out to Griffin, a small glass shelf got left behind, easy to miss, but he was here early am to drop it off. Thank you so much, you have a great team!

I had a great experience with CBM. Matt and his team with Mill and Corey (if I remember correctly) went into beast mode and got it DONE! They were all personable, easy to joke around with and took pride in the execution of their work. They packaged everything up well and moved all my things including a treadmill to my new place. Attention to detail was on point and they lifted everything like it was a feather. They did everything quicker than the estimated time and I’m so so thankful that they made the day so much easier!

We needed items moved into a storage pod and our basement to prepare for renovations. Pan, Frank, and D-Ray were great! They were communicative to make sure each item ended up where we needed them to go. And they really hustled while being careful in their work. The care and concern for our needs and our belongings was exemplary. I will be calling again when it's time to move everything back. Thank you!

I have to be honest my husband and I are both vets and he just retired from the military and we have moved 15 times in the past decade or so. EZ, John & Wilson were the best movers we have experienced in all our travels. They were here on time, and unloaded a 20ft pod so fast, did not scratch or ding a single thing & were the most personable people. Best last move we could have asked for ! We had lots of hiccups and date changes because we bought new construction and they worked with us so great. As a busy realtor in the area I will refer to all of my clients from my personal experience!

TL;DR - More damage than there should have been, disregard for my possessions. Assembled my bed incorrectly and it fell apart. I used the Right Move Moving Company out of Methuen for a separate part of my move and I strongly recommend using them, instead!
Pros: The movers arrived relatively on time (within 15 minutes of scheduled start) and were cordial.
Cons:
Damage to items: Three of my items were significantly damaged by CBM. While I understand that this can happen, and expected some dings, the extent of the damage and the ways in which it occurred were very surprising. First, my queen sized mattress (what I would expect to be a very common item to move) was damaged; the plastic around the mattress was cut through and there is now a giant cut down the middle of my one-year old mattress. A record cabinet was also chipped, and the movers found the missing piece (I asked them to look for it) on the truck, and stated that the damage must have occurred while securing it in the vehicle. It's one thing if this is damaged on a tight stairway, but for the movers to not tie down furniture safely was surprising. Another credenza has a long scratch across the face. I've moved quite a few times, and never had so many significant incidents with my furniture.
Disregard for my possessions:
When I arrived back at the apartment I was moving from (the movers only took large furniture and I was handling the boxes on my own) I found the movers had carelessly dumped items out of one of the chest of drawers they had moved. This means (1) they didn't move what they were supposed to and (2) my possessions, in this case paperwork and artwork, were piled up in disarray (and some items damaged).
