Amazing service, excellent quality upholstery. Would recommend to all of my friends/acquaintance's. Fixed up all of my antiques and I would never go to anyone else. This guy is a world class pro.

Paul did a beautiful job upholstering some dining chairs for us. He was responsive, had a nice selection of fabrics and turned them around in about a week. He even was able to reinforce some areas of the seats that were damaged from numerous removals. Nice work for a fair price. I'll be back!

Love working with Paul. We are not rich so I never thought of reupholstering furniture. But after meeting and talking with Paul he is very reasonable and gave us a great price and ever since then we've had a couple pieces of furniture reupholstered. Recommended him to friends and family and they've all enjoyed working Paul. If you're looking to reupholster furniture family heirloom whichever definitely talk to Paul.

We were extremely happy with the renovation of a late 1950's chair that was in storage for many years and in a terrible condition. Paul's expertise and careful rework has turned an almost throwaway into a beautiful comfortable chair. Paul's attention to detail has turned this piece of furniture into a focal point of the room. I would recommend Paul for any renovation/upholstery work. It may not be everyone's choice of furniture but we love it.

Never in my life have I been treated so horribly by a small business owner. I called Paul on Monday March 13th and spoke with him on the phone about 3 wooden stools I need re-upholstered. He asked me to e-mail him some photos of the stools so he could see them and let me know how he could fix them. I e-mailed him 5 photos showing all angles as well as close up's of the leather that is lifting. I waited 5 days and Paul never responded. Nothing. Today I called Paul and asked him if he received my e-mail from Monday. He responded "oh yes the Antique stools." I also asked him why he never e-mailed me back and he replied "it's a very small job." I'm confused. I have three stools that need leather replaced on the seat and back and just because my job is considered small I'm not worth a reply via e-mail or your time? I waited 5 business days for a response and when I call I'm told my job is not worth it. I've never experienced a business before that didn't want a new customer. I'm insulted and can't believe the way I have been treated. I explained my feelings to Paul on how he was treating me and I also told him I was going to review him to let future potential customers know how I was treated. Paul has since called me and e-mailed me back stating "he will gladly look at my chairs and he doesn't understand why I'm so angry." I'm angry because you have insulted me. I'm angry because I feel like just because I'm a little guy my business is not wanted or thought about. I unfortunately will never do business with Upholstery by Paul. I want someone to want my business and respect me even if I am a "small job."
