They’re always respectful, professional and incredibly friendly. When the guy shows up he always asks if I have any specific concerns and is happy to focus on what I need.

I have used JP in the past and they were great. We were using another company and JP took over the contract. They take 20+ minutes to even get on the phone and they have no record of us as a client. They never respond to emails or messages so if you don't get them on the phone they will not do anything. I have tried for months to just deal with it but I am done. I'm calling Pest-End

I cannot say I’d recommend anyone use this company. They came out May 10 to confirm we had rats in our sheds, I’ve been calling and texting them since to try to schedule the first service. The sales guy tells me every time that someone will call me, a week goes by, no call. It’s happened for the whole month of June now. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to schedule a service with a company, but if you value your time, go elsewhere. Now we start over to get our rat problem addressed.

Trying to reach customer service on the phone to update my payment info 3 seperate times, with being on hold for over 15 minutes each time and no answer. Last time trying on hold for over an hour and no answer. There's an option to leave a cal back number but that doesn't work as I only have limited times I'm able to answer during the day. If your trying to contact them on the phone good luck.

Very poor customer service! We made a specific date and time to have both inside and outside our home treated. My husband drove an hour and a half to be there. The technician said he can only do outside . Made several appempts to reach them, no answer, no return of our calls....! Very frustrating. Poor company sales Fraudulent agreement.

Since JP Pest was bought out, the service has not been the same. We left JP Pest for multiple reasons and the discovery today by our new pest company solidified our concerns of service over the past year. Bait stations in basements should be changed at each interior visit. The picture attached is one of 2 bait stations found today with this level of mold, the third bait station was completely empty. Do yourself a favor when hiring a pest control company and chose a local small town company who will tailor their service to your home. A company who will not have a revolving door of employees. A company who will not have different techs with different opinions of how control should be dealt with. A company who calls the customer back in a timely manner and who doesn’t require 5 phone calls for a wildlife issue that ultimately forced this customer to find another service to execute the job. JP Pest once was your small town local pest company. It is sad to see the decline in services as they have grown beyond the capability of quality control.
