We have a nearly completed kitchen from dream kitchens. All of the materials are amazing, the drawers are nice and big and I can definitely fit a lot into them. We love our kitchen aid lift. Our countertops are also very nice. I did think there would be more collaboration between the designer and the contractor who we hired through dream kitchens. Our contractor didn’t know we were installing a pot filler, he also didn’t know that the electrical outlets were also under cabinet lighting. The pot filler was installed however the under cabinet lighting which cost 1500 was not wired. The contractor had said multiple times he would come address the issue but I had to reach out to dream kitchens frequently to get a response from the contractor. In order to have working under cabinet lighting now they would have ti cut into the back splash, which was very expensive with tile that may no longer be in stock. The contractor has yet to come finish a few other small things on the exterior of our house. One of my biggest frustrations is that the contractor says he didn’t know about the under cabinet lighting while dream kitchens says the told him about it. At the beginning of the process the designer also said they would be out at our house checking on our renovation, I saw the designer once at our house. I wonder if they checked in more frequently at our house if we would have had our lighting. It is upsetting because we spent over 100k on our kitchen and I would like to have everything we had planned.

Gemma designed our gas fireplace conversion with the utmost precision planning! With much help from assistant Kim, they kept us informed during this custom cabinet ordering and installation process. I had many special requests for my entertainment system including adjustable Shelving, Fan Ventilation and Wiring all accomplished as requested! I would hope that Master Carpenter Scott is still with you as he did an outstanding installation! I'm very picky about details and he went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Dream Kitchen of Nashua. Nina came to my home, designed a new efficient kitchen for us. She heard what I wanted and used her yrs of knowledge to make sure I would have cabinets to hold everything , close to where we would use the items. Two people can now cook in the kitchen due to her design. Her contractors were excellent, with attention to details. Friends and other contractors entering the home, always rave about the transformation! See for yourself the drastic difference! Nina really listened, offered her opinions, and Increased the value of our home and we love her final design. Her contractors admire her too. Though Dream Kitchens usually remodels larger kitchens, Nina and her staff took on this Kitchen and we're so happy. I had gone to other local places before Dream Kitchen and their staff pushed products salesman would get commissions if we went with them and only gave us one design where Nina gave us three designs, that she reviewed with us in depth. Couldn't be happier to recommend Dream Kitchens!

We had a great experience working with Jackie and her team to redo our kitchen. We ended up with a complete demolition and upgrade including layout, cabinets, countertops, floors, and lighting. The changes are absolutely amazing! Jackie was quick to respond to all of our questions and arranged our general contractor and gave great recommendations for appliances and additional subcontractors. Overall the process was so easy and low stress.

I rarely write reviews but my experience was so surprisingly pleasant and professional and the outcome so functionally beautiful that I felt compelled to share with those thinking about putting in an updated kitchen. Dream Kitchens did a beautiful job with our kitchen and bath. My husband and I had our kitchen completely remodeled and its stunning thanks to Dream Kitchens, and particularly Nina Hackel. Her vision and design acumen is amazing. We met with her in her store twice to discuss scope, budget and design and then again to choose cabinets and other details. She visited out home on multiple occasions as well. She recommended a trustworthy counter top company and formatting company, and accompanied us to help choose our stone. She designed lighting, layout, always keeping in mind how we use our kitchen as it relates not only to food prep but also social living. For instance, I didn't think we could afford to make large plumbing adjustments but she assured us that the change would be be well worth it and she was SO RIGHT! My teenage son now comes into the kitchen, and as he's preparing his snack or helping with dinner he declares "I love this kitchen!". This makes me very happy and I totally agree...I absolutely love the kitchen. Nina designed the kitchen and bath and was on budget. She worked with the contractor when things went slightly askew, (which of course they often do in construction projects). She took so much of the unknown and second guessing out of the equation. I would, and have highly recommend Dream Kitchen for Kitchen and Bath. One last thing, her staff is very responsive, professional and kind. What a terrific group. just now
