Travis from Loren Morse is phenomenal. Travis and his apprentice Joe did substantial work in my home, among them running ~20 Cat6a Ethernet lines to my basement from several first and second floor rooms and for three ceiling-mounted WiFi access points (at least several hundred feet of cable), to running new GFCI outlets in three bathrooms, to installing a new electrical subpanel. Travis was professional, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring I was happy with all aspects of each part of the work. The now-hidden cabling in the new subpanel is very organized and nice to look at. The home runs for the Ethernet lines down into the basement are organized in a gorgeous way, and I'm _very_ happy with the final result. I tend to have high standards for the aesthetics of installed equipment, etc, and to my extreme benefit Travis is clearly highly self-motivated to produce a professional, deliberate, pretty final result. Attached is a photo of the Cat6a home runs leading to my newly-installed networking equipment. Travis ran the cables down each side of the backing board, then below, then up the middle behind to terminate into my patch panel. Very clean! Travis was very clear, communicative, and kind throughout the multiple days of work involved, and overall did stellar work. Loren Morse himself came for the initial consultation, and was also clear, kind, communicative, informative, etc, in helping me put together the slate of work I ultimately decided to pursue. Five stars to Loren Morse Electrical!

Our general contractor Yankee Restoration put us in contact with Loren Morse Electrical Service as the team to restore our residential wiring. That was rendered inoperable and of questionable safety by poor demolition practice by a contractor that was relieved of this project, following said demolition. Loren Morse arrived here in company with Rob from Yankee Restoration for a site walk and inspection. Loren discussed a repair plan and timeline with both us and the general contractor onsite, in person. He is (as is Rob) a very professional and friendly guy. He gave us the information onsite to arrive at a decision for an action plan and we received a written estimate the following day. The next day we green lighted the scheduled work and within a week The Loren Morse Electrical Service crew arrived. Beau and Troy showed up in fully equipped vans with the tools and parts they needed to get the job done. They were knowledgeable and professionally went about the repair. They were friendly and included us in the project when they were working around us. By describing as they worked the mysteries of house wiring. They did a great job and all circuits were repaired and returned to service. Karen in the office, has fabulous communication skills and should probably get an award for her work. Rarely have I been so impressed by a contractor and his entire team. Loren Morse Electrical Service gets it done and done right!! We will have about 3 other jobs here requiring qualified electrical personnel. Loren Morse Electrical will get all 3!

We called Loren to troubleshoot and fix GFCI outlets in our kitchen. They ended up installing 2 new circuits to bring the wiring up to code and properly distribute the load. Travis arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He provided some further recommendations and consulted with us throughout the job. Everything was done neatly, with minimal disruption to the house, and the job site was cleaned up meticulously. Would definitely use their services again.
