Masi Plumbing came out when we first purchased our home in December 2023 to check on our water softener system, provide guidance on how to use, maintain, & check it as we moved from an urban city to NH with well water. The first time they came out, they told us to just make sure the salt is filled above the water line in the softener tank & that we need to prepare to replace the sediment filter in April 2024 as it needs to be replaced once a year. After two weeks, we noticed the water was still really hard, our animals were sick, & my child was getting rashes all over their skin, etc. Two more plumbers from Masi came out to replace a valve on the water softener & then allegedly took water to test for us. It took nearly four months for the results of the water to come back. The results said nothing about arsenic or PFAs. We had old results from the previous owner that there were issues with arsenic. We felt like something was off so we instead got two more companies from the state (state approved plumbers) to come out. Not only was Masi exceptionally wrong on all their judgement calls, NHTaps water results were faster, more comprehensive & more accurate than Masi. Masi recommendations said nothing but to replace the water softener but never mentioned it was broken. NH Tap said the water softener immediately upon coming out to check it out that it was broken. So right there we paid two “professionals” $309 to replace a valve in a water softener system that was broke. How did you guys miss that? Aren’t you the experts? Secondly, NH Tap recommend, in addition to a new water softener system, to add additional filtration for sediment, PFAs, & more. Masi said nothing about PFAs filtration, arsenic, or sediment filtration. Also, that sediment filter that Masi originally told us needed to be replaced once a year actually needs to be replaced every 3 months!!!! The sediment filter was soooo black, covered in mold & built up sediment. Just all around a truly horrible, ignorant, bad experience with Masi from start to finish. We will never recommend them nor use them ever again. If you’re in NH, do yourself & your wallets a favor & go with an approved plumber from the state of NH. you can also save money through their rebate program. NH Tap was wonderful & now we can literally drink from our faucets. Masi, do better.

We had our heat stop working during February. Bobby sent Steve out on a Friday evening to check our system in an attempt to restore our heat. Unfortunately it was determined that the cost of repairs was not worth it as our system had reached its end of life ( 30 years) Steve worked up prices on our options and called us on Saturday his day off. We ended up going with their recommendations, a new furnace and central AC. The installation and quality of their work was beyond impressive. I would certainly recommend Masi to anyone needing quality work at a fair price.

When it was determined that our boiler was on its way out, I contacted Bobby to work up quotes for my options. When we made our decision and arranged financing, we gave him the green light to schedule us in for a complete replacement. Within 3 1/2 weeks the work was done. The technicians (four to start) went right to town and with no breaks at all got the job done in a day and a few hours including clean-up. The lead tech explained all the new and added pieces to me as well as answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Masi.

Our furnace went in the dead of the cold and we had multiple plumbing companies come out to find the issue and give us quotes. MASI Plumbing was by far the best! Bobby Masi took the time over the phone to hear out the problem and explain everything to us. He was out the very next morning! He was extremely thorough, very personable, and took his time looking over every part of the unit, while explaining everything as he went. He moved jobs around to get our new furnace installed as soon as possible! Even offered to drop off heaters to help us get through the cold! The furnace was installed by two young men, who did such an amazing job; they were very friendly and professional. A tech was sent out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly! This company did not miss a beat! We are EXTREMELY happy with the services they provided us and the quality of our new furnace! We will be using MASI Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

My hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. I called another plumber who i have used in the past. They came down and gave me an astronomical quote. I decided to look elsewhere. Luckily I found Masi plumbing on line. I called them at about 2 p.m. Bobby from Masi showed up by 4 p.m. and surveyed the situation. He quickly assessed the issue and told me it wouldnt even be close to the first estimate. The very next day, the team showed up on time and were polite and hard working. When they were finished, they walked me through the ins and out of the new system, answering all my questions. They cleaned everything up before they left and you would have never known they were there at all. Great company that saved me about $5000. Thanks guys!
