Bryan called on us today. He immediately spotted a problem...a build-up of water in the pan under the attic unit. This tripped the wet switch. He suspected low refrigerant that was freezing the coils. When ice thawed, water in the pan.
He checked the condenser and it was low on R-22.
We are going to replace the A/C unit with Walley's. When we have had issues in the past, Walley's is our go-to. Never disappointed.
My compliments to Bryan. Professional and very knowledgeable.
Justin was courteous and professional and was able to get our issue resolved quickly and thoroughly. We are very happy to be able to count on Justin, at Wally's for all of our HVAC needs!

I like working with Wally's. Eddie came over quickly, looked at the system, and fixed it right. He was quick, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. Eddie was also very friendly to my two Golden Retrievers who wanted him to pet them when he was done. I highly recommend Eddie as a worker and Wally's as a business.

Bryan did a great job was prompt and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Hey was very knowledgeable about the product he was working on .

Walley's installed my central air system years back and I called to get it serviced. Thank goodness nothing was wrong and the system is well maintained but the patience, kindness and customer service Eddie showed me was outstanding. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (which were a lot of questions). He was extremely informative, polite and was actually happy to share his knowledge with me and he was never bothered at all. It's refreshing to see such a young man enjoy what he does and be so thorough with his work. He even recommended a easy use thermostat and was nice enough to offer over the phone install help if I couldn't figure out how to install it myself. Thank you Eddie for being so responsible, kind and such a great human being. May God Bless you and allow you to fulfill your life goals. You are one in a million! :)

We were blessed that Jimmy finished a job earlier than anticipated and came to our home early in the afternoon instead of the 4 to 7 original window of time. He was courteous, prompt, and took care of the problem within 45 minutes!
Walley's really accommodated us and offered us a solution much more quickly than anticipated!. Thank you Jimmy and the whole Walley's Staff..

Walley’s is a great organization. They are courteous, prompt, friendly but professional and I highly recommend them. They installed my Viessman 100 heating system almost two years ago. Just had my 1st service. All is well and no warranty issues so far. Eddie did a great job today. But everyone that has came to my home have also been great.

Eddie showed up at our home today and proceeded to get the job going. Within a short time- he came out and said that it was done and working. I didn’t even have a chance for a 2nd cup of coffee. He was just fantastic and we’re just so grateful for the job he did. Thank you Eddie and Wallys for your service.

I have seen the trucks around Nashua and called for an appointment since my air conditioner wasn’t working. Dave Bradford from Walleys came out and did a assessment of what I had installed. He made some suggestions and I got my quote s within a few days with varying prices, to choose what suited me best for my home and my budget..I chose the best equipment since everything is going up, electricity, gas etc..and you get a rebate from NH Saves for Energy Star equipment, plus I planned on staying here for many more years. I highly recommend Walleys you won’t be disappointed! Oh yea a smart thermostat will get you 85.00 off
