Very difficult do a return with no receipt just a credit card information. They have to look it up. Be prepared to be questioned like you go inside of another country very difficult.
And that’s not mention when you’re trying to return anything they look at you like you stole it
Best customer service I've ever had at any store. Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !

Belletetes delivered a load of drywall for my installer K & M Drywall of Loudon to a house I'm building in Pittsfield. Not sure if Belletetes delivery came out of the Nashua facility, but that is what the bill of lading said. The driver was courteous, careful and friendly. The two young men that were the drywall carriers were the same. Very hard workers as well and had a pretty tight space to work in. I didn't get any of their names, which I regret. Exemplary employees and Belletetes is lucky to have them.

The workers ar this store are soo friendly and helpful, accommodating . I had a problem with paint matching a fence and they were determined to help me color match it and as a customer it was so nice to have a problem with a product and they took it right back no argument no problem cared about making me happy as a customer! Karl and frank were awesome! I will keep going back gor all my paint needs ?

This is a great store that's a good alternative to the big box retailers. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I inquired about lawn care at the contractor desk the man at the desk referred me to Mike. I had a few questions about a project and Mike answered them all. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all the lawn care products I needed to complete my project. Very impressed with their great customer service which can difficult to find these days. Keep up the great work!
