The employees tell you they can and will do things by phone and when you call back they tell you they have “no recollection” of telling you those things. They schedule their technicians to come out on certain dates and give you a time window, and we planned accordingly (working from home), but then they just show up unannounced (and needing entry into our home) on a completely different date, repeatedly ringing the doorbell and interrupting our work meetings. We canceled our service due to chronic frustration and challenges with A1.
