Had a flood in our basement. These guys came out within 2 hours of my call, arrived around midnight. They were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. Jake was in charge of our job. I have never had someone so communicative about what is going on, when the crew will be there, how the job will be done, just everything. From the office staff down to every guy on the crew, just the best. Just had our contractor out to our house this morning to start working on putting the basement back together. Even he was impressed with the work they had done. Would use these guys again and will definitely be recommending them to anyone.
Came home from our winter stay in Florida to find a leak in our ceiling. We called Elite Restoration and Construction and Jake said he would come down that same day to assess. Jake arrived and assessed the situation He took multiple readings using devices that measure the moisture. He left some fans and a dehumidifier to start the dry out process. He returned on Sunday to setup a containment area and cut out the ceiling drywall. He found the leak source and stabilized it until we could get a plumber out there the next day to repair it. Jake came by the next day to check moisture levels and continue the dry out process.
We can’t say enough kind words here to express our sincere gratitude. Jake is so knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain every detail. He is courteous and when he says he’ll be there he is.
We totally endorse Jake and Elite and would not hesitate to use them again ( even though we don’t want another issue). But if you’re in need of these services, please reach out to them. They our outstanding!

Jacob and his team were highly reliable, professional and timely. They did an amazing job cleaning my house after we had a fire. Jacob constantly kept me in the loop of what was going on. He was always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Elite Restoration!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Restoration for a project at a property that I manage and I can't tell you enough how satisfied I am with their service. From the initial walk through to the completion of the project and even after, every aspect of their work was handled with professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.
I was incredibly impressed by the dedication of Elite Restoration's team, specifically Bob and Jake, to customer satisfaction. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the process.

Very professional, considerate, and thorough. Experience counts, and it shows when you do such an exceptional job. My wife and I are very pleased and can’t thank Jake and the folks at Elite Restoration enough. Both the people and their work were nothing short of outstanding.
As the story goes, our fireplace failed and soot from the smoke and ash covered everything. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn’t find a company that would even return my calls. Then someone recommended Elite Restoration. They not only did they call but were here surveying the damage later that same day. Jake and Lawrence were meticulous in taking samples and photos, together with evaluating each room with state-of-the-art equipment.
Within a matter of days, a full crew showed up, one so pleasant and courteous that you found yourself on a first name basis. We felt reassured with Sarge, Zay and Ricco overseeing the project in such a professional and conscientious way. But the service didn’t stop there, Jake and his folks assisted us with the entire insurance claims process. What a plus.
I think my wife summed it up best when she said, “I don’t think the house has ever been this clean!”
