We had missing slats in a louver door & remembered interior shutters that used to be at our camp in Wolfeboro years ago...We gave them a call & took one to show them...They made up replacement SLATS that worked out perfectly!! So nice to see a family business still doing this CRAFT..., so much by hand & with old-time machines. THANK YOU Sooo much!! ???
Can't say enough good things about the folks at Beech River Mill. We have had a long relationship with Beech River, starting over 30 years ago with the previous owners. The exterior shutters which were just installed are incredibly well crafted and designed to last. The installation team was prompt, efficient, cleaned up the workspace and very helpful with a non-shutter related issue. Would highly recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about Beech River Mill. They were recommended to us and we choose them over the plastic alternatives. Our new, custom cedar shutters arrived today and wow - these folks are artisans! The end result knocked it out of the park. This is a great company with great service and great communication. Super nice people too. Could not be happier. Choose Beech River Mill - you will not be sorry.

When we purchased our historic home in 2019, the first thing we wanted to do was replace the original shutters that had been removed many years ago. We sought guidance from local historical organizations, contacted all the shutter companies we could find, and did hours of research to be sure we knew all the options available. After meeting with representatives from several companies and comparing designs, materials, prices, and warranties, it was very clear to us that Randy Ouellette and Beech River Mill in Ossipee NH stood head and shoulders above all the others. Randy has the knowledge, the expertise and the high standards of historical accuracy that we were looking for. He came to our house again and again, spent hours walking us through the process, educating us and patiently answering all our questions, taking pictures, providing photographs, and directing us to nearby locations where we could see local examples of Beech River Mill's authentic, architecturally accurate custom wooden shutters. Once construction was underway, he invited us to come to the factory to watch our shutters being made. We received regular updates with photos, and the delivery and installation were seamless. Now that the shutters have been installed, the entire community is able to enjoy the historic beauty and tradition that have been restored to our home, thanks to Randy and his team. We are delighted with our new shutters and we highly recommend Randy Ouellette and Beech River Mills!

Amazing to see a real custom woodshop in action - they do it all from soup to nuts (or I should say raw wood to custom shutters and doors) - the old fashioned way. Fascinating to have authentic craftsmen locally.
