We always end up at Belletetes - they always seem to have what we're looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices are sometimes even lower than the big box stores. They usually have a better selection too. Thank you again Belletetes!
Love the fact this is a local chain - glad to stay away from the Big Box DIY stores when I can. And the great selection and helpfulness of the Belletetes staff make it easy. My go-to for any hardware and building needs.

I used to shop at the Jaffrey and Peterborough stores regularly. Over the years their customer service and the quality of their products has decreased. They don’t have convenient hours and generally don’t seem to want my business. Fortunately I have found much better options in Antrim and don’t need the Belletetes attitude.

Just had a half a pallet of bio bricks and some water softener pellets delivered. We were very impressed how thoughtful whoever delivered to Greenfield rd was!! Bio bricks were stacked up on top of softener pellets so bricks won’t get wet from the snow, bricks were covered with plastic cover and they were stacked up away from the garage so we won’t have issues pulling out. Plus delivery was free!! Thank you for being awesome!

A large glass pane, in a retractable screen storm door I purchased here a few years ago, (heat) shattered. I related the damage to this store; after researching my original purchase order, the folks in storm doors recommended I purchase ($500+) a new replacement door, since the shattered pane could not be replaced. After ordering that, I was steered into calling the door manufacturer. They sent me a voucher for the new door, after paying a small copay/coinsurance fee. After kicking myself for not thinking of that first, I realized this retailer REALLY OUGHT TO HAVE GUIDED ME TO THAT SOLUTION. Disappointing.
