Exceptional service, quick response times, and reasonable pricing!
Steve came out to replace our kitchen faucet and investigate water pressure issues on a private well system. He patiently walked me through the investigation and fielded my questions, he was extraordinarily courteous, and he did great work. Kitchen faucet works perfectly and we finally have our water pressure back!
The scheduling process was fast, easy, and Pettigrew got us on the books within a few days. Can't praise them enough based on our experience.
I am consistently amazed and deeply grateful for Pettigrew. If you need plumbing or HVAC assistance on the seacoast don't waste your time looking any further. I have an aging home that has needed two ceiling leak repairs, toilet and associated valve replacements, dishwater hookup/kitchen sink valve replacements, outdoor spigot replacements, and a new water softener system install. Pettigrew has exceeded my expectations every time. Everyone I have interacted with has been timely, kind, informative, attentive, and professional. I feel like I get great value for money for the work that they do. The front office is always quick to respond, schedule, and communicate. The technicians that have come to my house have always been patient, asked good questions, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and done excellent work that lasts. Thank you Pettigrew!!!

Having moved to the NH Seacoasts 5 years ago from the North Shore my plumber of many years unfortunately couldn’t travel up from Mass to replace my leaky Hot Water heater. I searched Google and found Pettigrew locally and I’m happy I did. When I called my call was answered immediately. I told the gentleman the issue and got an appointment the following day. I was told Ben would be at my house between 10-2. Ben was there at 10 and had the new heating installed and running in 2 hours. Taking the old one with him. The price was very reasonable and lower than expected from one of those Corporate Plumbing Franchises. I would highly recommend Pittigrew plumbing and would definitely hire them again.

I had a leaking pipe and needed to address several plumbing issues. From the start, Pettigrew (Ben) was professional and provided a quick quote for the work I needed done. Scheduling was also easy, and Pettigrew took care of coordinating with Aquarion to turn the water off to the house. Pettigrew returned roughly 2 weeks after my quote to complete the plumbing work I wanted done and Stanley was professional, clean, and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Pettigrew Plumbing and give Stanley a recommendation as well.

Pettigrew replaced my dead water heater with an amazing tankless system, before and after pics here. They were incredibly patient with me, explained everything they were going to do, and did a beautiful job.
- One tech talked to me for literally 20min to be sure I had all of my questions answered.
- They scheduled me quick, I know they were busy but they cared that we had no hot water.
- They had to cut out some natural gas pipe, do the hard math, and re-pipe with proper sizes, all while making it look very clean.
- And hauled away the old unit.
This is the first big project in my house I called a contractor for, and I’m in disbelief. Thank you Pettigrew!

My hot water heater developed a leak yesterday. I called Pettigrew at 4:30pm and by 11am this morning, I had a new unit installed. Trevor and Dante did the installation and I couldn't have requested a better team. They were both knowledgeable, professional and nice guys to boot. Job was efficiently completed and the site was left cleaner than what they arrived to. Thanks to Trevor and Dante, I now have hot water and a dry basement floor and Pettigrew now has a loyal customer.

It’s no wonder they receive mostly 5 stars! We just had two Toto toilets installed by Trevor. What a delightful young man! He was very professional, courteous, clean and quick. I liked that they sent a picture of him when they let me know he was on his way. Great experience with Tina in the office as well. It was my first experience with Pettigrew and now they’re my new plumber. Thank you!

A great experience from estimate to install! Working with these folks was easy and enjoyable at every step of the process.
We wanted to replace our tub / shower insert. Ben came by and helped us weigh our options and shared guidance on the prices for each. Once we made our decision, we were able to get on the calendar for the following week which was incredibly fast.
The installers, Rob and Steve, were both incredibly respectful of our space and did their best to reduce any mess around our home throughout the process. Moreover, they were incredibly transparent and communicative at all times, being sure to talk us through each step that there were taking.
Finally, the carpenter, Alec, was equally as easy to work with and did an exemplary job with the finish work. Like Rob and Steve, he was very patient as he explained the various steps in the process and was highly communicative, respectful, and professional.
We were very pleased with the final result and will certainly be working with Pettigrew again in the future for both small and large projects.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We have hired their building department manager, Alec, for many projects over the years. We have hired him to:
-paint our basement, interior doors, and a bedroom
-replace rotting beams
-bending new metal trim around the windows outside
-excavating our front lawn, installing a new patio walkway and rock wall
-install lattice skirting around the deck
We also had Pettigrew install new outdoor water spigots. I absolutely recommend hiring Pettigrew.
