I had a project pop up with relatively short term notice. Roof support for a solar panel installation. Capital Roofing, Inc. took on my task and completed it in a timely and cost effect manner. They kept me in the loop with great communication so I was never in the dark where the project was on their schedule. Once my day came up, they completed it well within the time allotted, all with no mess left behind. Professional interaction with employees and their work to my property. I would recommend Capital Roofing, Inc. to anyone with a roofing project ahead.
Very responsive when called about leaking standing seam roof!!! Leaking roofs are tricky, especially when sky lights are involved. John solved the problem. I will use them again for any roofing needs.

Excellent communication, exceptional work, and honesty.
I wish this company did more than just roofing! First of all, They call back! They offer to come look at the problem! And then they explain when they can return to do the project, how long it will take etc. They do what they say they will and when! These are very good people. These are good business people.
I have a standing seam metal roof that started leaking into the room below. Capitol Roofing told me honestly that the roof didn't need to be "redone" in that area, it could instead be "fixed." I really appreciate this. Another person might have climbed up on the roof and said that the problem required re-roofing. A lot of restaurants, car places, landscapers etc these days try to "upsell" on every project. I know that small jobs are not very profitable, but a very happy customer will return for the larger projects, and happy customers also tell their friends (and think to write reviews). I am a very happy customer.
I read a lot of reviews before calling capitol Roofing, and I have never replaced a roof in teh area and the friends that I asked didn't have any recommendations. The area where the roof leaked won't last another decade, I know that. I will redo the entire roof when I can and I will ONLY call capitol roofing.
Because reviews are used by many people, like me, to make decisions about products and services, I don't write them unless a place is exceptionally good or dangerously bad. If something is just "ok" I don't say anything at all. Capitol Roofing is not ok" it is fantastic, and dealing with a company that returns calls (around the holidays even!) AND is honest and reliable and doing high quality work, is a dream.

I called John on a Thursday morning to ask if he was able to help with some roof damage on one of our storage building. He was on a job a town away from us ,within a few hours he was looking at my damage. He arrived on time the following day and completed the job better than expected. Highly recommend Capitol Roofing

We are so pleased with Capitol Roofing. We had a leak coming down inside the house on the back wall of a built-in book case up against the chimney. We weren't sure if the chimney needed to be re-caulked or if there was a more serious issue with our 20-year old standing seam roof. Not only did a real person--John Danko, owner--answer the phone when I called, but he found a way to fit us in to his already very busy schedule. With so many businesses stretched to their limits, John responded to our call and communicated back and forth with us on several occasions to make sure he got us in. His team came out and found the problem and solved it on the spot. We highly recommend Capitol Roofing and will call on them again if needed. Thank you, John!

I am very satisfied with my experience with and happy to recommend Capitol Roofing. I hired Capitol Roofing to install a new roof on a house in New Hampshire (August 2023). Starting from my initial inquiry, John was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The proposal he provided was comprehensive, clear to understand, and competitively priced! John described the job in detail, answered all my questions, and we set a schedule. The crew arrived on-time, were polite and worked very efficiently. Each crew member had a job and they worked together as a team. The removal & hallway of the old roofing material and installation of the new roof was seamless and the entire job completed on-time. Upon clean-up, the yard & driveway were thoroughly checked and all debris removed. At the end of the project, and it's like they were never there! I contacted multiple vendors and received multiple quotes, and what sets Capitol Roofing apart is both their responsive communication and competitive fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Top Shelf service from Capital Roofing! Communications were excellent. Showed up when they said they would, and did an outstanding job. They were even able to match the roofing tiles from a roof that was last done in 2016! Site was left in pristine condition. Definitely 5 stars!!

John and his team did an excellent job replacing our failing roof. They were sympathetic and responsive to our urgent request to patch a leak following a massive rain storm. They also worked well with my insurance company to replace the roof on time and, importantly, on budget. We were not asked to pay a penny over the initially quoted price. Our family is grateful to Capitol Roofing for making this process painless!

We had a great experience with John and his crew at Capitol Roofing. He was quick to respond to our request and was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining how the roofing would be done. The crew worked hard and got the job done in a day. They even helped us with some yard work while they were waiting for some materials to arrive. We will definitely have Capitol Roofing back for our next project.
