Hired this company to do a countertop install on a bathroom remodel Nov 23. Jesse shows up and takes measurements with the contractor. Few days later two employees come for the install without Jesse and without a clue as to what they are supposed to do. Damage was done to the walls and to the appliances. Countertops were installed in the wrong place. A check for $2150 was cashed the following day before I could call to complain. When I did get ahold of Jesse he was very erratic as though he was drunk or using drugs. At times threatening. He never came to fix the problems and I had to eat the repair and purchase of new materials. I filed with the BBB but lousy companies like this don't subscribe. Don't give these people the chance to screw up your project and steal your money.

Less than 1 star would be appropriate. Will take your money, but can’t get anyone to call you back. Crooks and Criminals. Find someone else to do your kitchen

I want to start off by saying that when I went initially in person to take a look Lakeview was super nice and helpful. However after the fact Candice had sent me numerous websites of their suppliers and advised me to take a look and pick out different stones and let her know what they were so she could price them out for us before driving to the distributor to go look at them. I left that day after sending over my kitchen designs knowing that she was starting a vacation and would be out for the next week or so, I was patient and did not send her anything during this time so she could enjoy her time away. However the time she told me she was gone went longer and longer and still to this day it’s been a month I’ve reached out several times and they have not responded to me or contacted me once. I’d say stay away if you want a project to be completed timely and professionally as you won’t get that kind of customer service here.

First, I want to say that the install crew was great. They would get 5 stars. I have been holding off on giving this review because the job is still not finished. Communication and follow up is HORRIBLE. We have called and emailed without getting a response for weeks at a time. The job was verbally quoted at a specific price, and when we got the written estimate the price had gone up. Unfortunately, I had already given them a cash deposit. So I was stuck with them. They did get closer to the original verbal quote, but I ended up paying more for the job I should have. This job was estimated to install 4 weeks after the agreement. We are now just shy of 12 weeks, and the job isn't complete. The scheduler knew that this was going into a summer cottage, and we still can't get them to come out to complete the job. I totally understand delays, but the complete lack of communication is appalling. I would stay away from this company,

We recently contacted Lakeview Marble and Granite on the recommendation of several builders that we met in the Wolfeboro area. We were updating our kitchen and needed to finalize on our granite counter tops. All the fabricators that we talked to, could not accommodate our time frame and flexibility (we live an hour and half away from the project). I contacted Candice who helped me select a granite piece from their inventory. The templating and then the installation were absolutely turn-key. The final product was stunning! We have worked with many contractors but without doubt this company was professional, timely and cost effective. We would highly recommend them! Thank you Lance, Candice and others for a superb job!
