We used RAM HVAC to clean our ducts as well as having a mini split installed. Rob did a great job, communicated well, was always professional and very responsive! The mini split was new to us, and even after installation when I was getting familiar with using it and the remote, he was available to help and answer any questions. The first person I’d call for any HVAC needs!

Over the past weekend I fired up my Central AC and noticed it was only blowing warm air. I reached out for recommendations on my community facebook page and was referred to RAM HVAC. I got to say I was not disappointed. Rob the owner was great to deal with, he replied to my text fairly quickly and manage to make it out to my house the same day to check out the issue! Very impressed, he checked out my system and first off noticed a family of mice made a nest inside causing all types of damage to wires and also shorting out start-up capacitor. He cleaned out the system, replace capacitor, and repaired the damage wires. It was pretty nasty. He finally got things up and running, however, there was more to the story..the compressor was low on refrigerant..basically empty. There was a leak in the system. He ended up adding 6 pounds of refrigerant and also sealed the leak with a sealer. Everything is now running beautifully and finally my upstairs is comfortable again! He also recommended that I leave some moth balls in and around the condenser to help keep the mice away in the future. So far so good..RAM HVAC was amazing! Rob kept me informed through the entire process, his prices were fair and workmanship so far has been great! We are up and running! Thanks so much! I highly recommend them!

Rob was very professional and personable and explained everything that he was doing. The price he quoted us was very reasonable; as a matter of fact, it was lower than what we paid another company several years ago to do the same work on a similar size home we used to own.
