I purchased the Panorama awning from General Awnings LLC in July 2021. Everything arrived as described and I had it installed by a qualified professional. This month one of the slats mysteriously disappeared. It's high up and could not, nor would not, have been stolen. It must have blown off in the wind. I contacted General Awnings for a single replacement slat. Originally the cost for the entire until was around $350. They quoted me $87 for a single slat replacement, which I think is obscene. Buyer beware. These units don't hold up over time, and you will spend lots of $$$ replacing the slats as they fall off.
