Ken Hall was amazing. We had a penny pinching insurance adjuster on the other side who was giving us a super hard time. They were going to deny the claim before Ken got involved. He basically rescued our claim from the ashes, resurrected it, and got us $60k more than we ever thought we'd see. He also lined up all of the mitigation people to go in take care of the water damage dry out before it was too late. Ken has a TON of contacts with trustworthy contractors, and he's a GREAT person to deal with. You can trust Ken and his people to do the right thing and duke it out with the insurance company to ensure you're being treated fairly.

After a recent thunderstorm, I had a pretty bad roof leak in my newly renovated bathroom and my master bathroom. Initially, I had my mortgage insurance’a adjuster come out to do the assessment. After spending minimal time with him, I just knew he didn’t have my best interest in mind. In short, he was really minimizing all of the damage that my house sustained. Feeling unsatisfied with my encounter, I reached out to nj public adjusters. Ken Hall came out the very next day. Ken is a very personable and experienced adjuster. He made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and even climbed up on my second story roof, something the home owners adjuster was unwilling to do. He is very familiar with ACTUAL construction costs and not just what your insurance is going to estimate. He didn’t just come out and disappear, either. He was in close contact with me throughout the entire process. Once he made an assessment, he worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Shortly thereafter, he called to review what the insurance was willing to pay and if we were in agreement. A week later, I received a check. We are currently working on getting depreciation funds from the roof. This was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone going through home owner’s insurance Update 120622: Ken helped us get the additional depreciation funds. Very grateful! NJ Public Adjusters

If you ever need to make a claim on your homeowner's insurance policy, I would strong recommend that you first call NJ Public Adjusters before calling your insurance company. I have used them twice, once about 10 years ago and again just recently. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Both claims were settled quickly and exceeded my expectations!
