In late 2016, we invited Alex Lukacher to educate us on solar panels. He sat with us for a couple of hours and explained how they worked, the pros and cons, how they integrated into the electrical grid, and how we would benefit because of us living with unobstructed sun. When we asked about the differences of leasing versus purchasing, he went into great detail as to the various options that were available. We wholeheartedly agreed that purchasing was the best option for us. We looked at the numbers and it turned out that we could purchase thirty-one panels at the same monthly cost as what we were paying for the budget billing from Atlantic Electric. Nothing made more sense, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions that we made. Everything that Alex told us about came to reality just like he said. Everything! The installation by Advanced Renewable Solutions was done very professionally by a crew who obviously knew what they were doing. When they were finished, we did not find as much as one screw laying around anywhere. They left our yard cleaner than when they started. Their quality workmanship was proven when we had a bad nor-easter about two weeks after installation and we had absolutely no problems. Perhaps the icing on the cake is that the SRECS have made a serious dent in our solar panel loan. The 15-year loan is being fully satisfied within seven years! We have not had a single problem with anything relating to these solar panels. And repeating, everything that Alex explained to us has been 100% correct. Thank you, Alex and ARS!

Alex impressed me with his willingness to spend time to explain the process of solar contracts without concern about making money. We were about to make settlement on a new home that already has solar panels with a different company. Knowing he was not making a new sale, he was genuinely concerned with providing us with accurate information and a clear picture of the details. Alex demonstrated a stronger desire to help us with our needs than to make a sale. He even offered to be available if we thought of more questions after we hung up.
