This is a review for a large fabric awning replacement in my backyard deck. The old one lasted over 15 years so my goal was to find a company whose work was comparable. My experience with the folks at Epic Signs and Awnings was wonderful. They responded quickly to a quote request and followed up soon after with a price. Their quote was very reasonable and after doing our due diligence we chose them for our job. They followed through with all milestones and the installation was straightforward and completed in a timely manner. The end results look great. The new awning has been in place since April this year and even after some strong winds and storms, we’ve experienced no issues. No hesitation in recommending Marlene Gil and the folks at Epic Signs and Awnings for your job.

Thanks so much Epic Signs! Marla and her team were amazing to work with and executed for us the most beautiful storefront in Bergen County. They were willing to work with our budget and I saved time since they were basically able to do it all. This was not an easy task given some unexpected circumstances from the town and the contractors. But they made it happen!! We get people coming by and taking pictures in front everyday!! Thank you so much Epic Signs! Highly recommend ?

My wife and I have used this company on two separate occasions and each time was better than the last. Marlene and Javier are truly the dream team. With this last storm I realized that I needed an additional awning placed over an exposed back door area that is exposed to heavy rain and predisposed my stairwell to overflow with water. As luck would have it, my wife is pregnant and literally about to pop any day now. The stress of thinking about water seeping into the basement had me extremely concerned. Marlene and her amazing team couldn't have been more helpful and moved with the quickness given my race against the baby clock. From the initial email inquiry to Marlene to the final install date was practically 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it!! I typically never write reviews but their service was just too superb to not give positive feedback. If you're looking for professional service and install with honest, good hearted people then look no further. My wife and I are customers for life. Thank you guys so much for being amazing!
