I ran out on a lunch break while working from home to purchase a couple items recommended by my electrician. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by someone from across the room. I shared what I needed, he (didn't catch his name but he is a Giants fan) was familiar and brought them to me. He was very knowledgable and helped me to better understand a couple things as well.

Never seen a place that cares less about their customers... Took 10 minutes to get anyone's attention in an empty store. Finally one of the guys spoke to us and it felt like he was doing us a favor the whole time. Go someplace else, there is definitely better out there...
