Poor service. They run their business like a dictatorship with walking all over the customers. This is done as lack in sending invoices to you till many months or year later hurting your accounting for projects.. They mark up packages high while working deals out behind your back with your customers treating you as the problem while smiling to get you to buy more. Billows has cost me $128,000 on just 1 project simply cause they would not honor of warranty for a lighting package defect to fixtures that they sold me manufactured out of Italy.
Best bet is stay far away from them. Much better supply houses to work with in the area.
