I called metro this morning after discovering a major issue with my pools plumbing and needed help asap. Nick and Arb were able to come out and revamp part of my pump/filtration system it now looks and runs so much better! As a new pool owner, they explained everything I needed to know and showed me way more than the previous company I had come out to help over the past few months. They took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly, checked the pool returns, and really seemed to care about what they were doing. Way more than the previous company. They were also extremely friendly, made small talk, shared good tips and information, as well as stayed professional. I’m so glad that my pool is now in their hands! I was so happy with their service that I’m pretty sure I said I owed them a few beers!

My pool liner was completely worn out and needed replacement . In a busy season Metro pools were able to install my liner and finish my pool liner installation in timely manner . It took little longer than I anticipated but with non stop rains and our additions to their work it’s understandable .Their price was also one of the most competitive .They also installed a new gas heater and converted my pool to a salt water system . I wish I had done salt conversion earlier as it’s really hassle free . It’s totally worth the money . I will recommend Metro pools to anybody who needs to replace their liners.

I can't say enough about the very pleasant experience I had with Sheri in the office. She was so always great to work with to get the guys on schedule to get out to get our pool done on time for a graduation party. From the guys working hard on our pool and adding a new beautiful step bench seat to the installation of the platinum onyx liner we are so happy with the outcome and our party guests were all able to enjoy the extremely hot day in our new beautiful pool and liner looks amazing!Thank you!

If you are looking for a pool company, look no further because Metro Pools is your one stop shop! If i could give them 10 stars I would because they are absolutely amazing! From their customer service, to their communication, their resources, their staff and crew, they are by far the most incredible pool company that we've seen of the 20 that we've scouted. In fact, every other pool company had a waiting list of 2 years and their prices were astronomical! However, Metro Pools was the perfect solution and their prices were fair. In addition, they have some awesome people that work there including the amazing Fawn, Sherri, Dory, Nick, and Phil. They have truly become my family and I appreciate all that they've done for us. Our Pool is absolutely breathtaking! Thank you Metro Pools, you guys have a friend in me for ever!!!
