I am surprised that they have such a high rating. Maybe it’s just my unit? They installed it 10 years ago and have been out here every single year because my AC does not work properly. It goes in and out in and out. Each year there were multiple visits to my home and then they tell me they found the issue and then they try to fix it and then it remains broke or another issue occurs. Today as I sit in almost 100° weather I continue to have an issue after four, four different visits. And they have not even called me back? I have tried to contact them multiple times the last two days. Maybe they’re sick of me, but I’m sick of them too. The folks that answer the phone and the ones that come to the house are extremely nice. But when it comes to troubleshooting something that’s not easy they just don’t have the experience to do so. I regret buying from them. When I bought it, my prior system would not make the upstairs cold and I asked whether I needed two systems and they told me no that the new system would cool off upstairs as well, but it never does. And then, the system not working until multiple visits..every year… is most frustrating. They cannot find the issue. I believe my system should have been replaced the year that they put it in after there were multiple issues. It’s a shame that we have been going through this for so long. And shame on them for not calling me back in the last 48 hours. I would not recommend this company to anybody because if you have an issue like mine, they do not take ownership and they do not address it.
Matt was very knowledgeable, he took the time to discuss the various things that need to be considered in making a big improvement decision and how everything comes together in the grand scheme. Highly recommend having Allied send someone (hopefully it’s Matt) to come assess your home and answer all of your questions. Thank you Matt!!

Matt L kept us updated on arrival time, walked us through every step of the process, explained more than we could have every thought of but at the same time things we are so glad he brought up or took the time to explain to us. We had many questions too that he answered and then some. I like how he explained each segment of the house he evaluated. Gave us a rough estimate of costs and told us timeline for next steps. Extremely happy with the initial evaluation session and first impression of the company.

We had a very positive experience working with Mark Agosto of Allied Experts. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained in detail how we could benefit from the OBR program offered by PSE&G. All our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. The installation of our new system (furnace, air conditioner, water heater) and extra insulation in the attic went flawlessly and was completed in a day. Kudos to Mark and the excellent staff and workmen at Allied Experts.

Technician Kevin Collins arrived promptly at the start of my service time slot. I explained the issue are experiencing. He smiled,(as he knew what the situation was that was causing are AC issues . He proceeded to our AC unit. He identified the issue, as a partial clogged condensation drain. He was able duplicated the clogging issue. Then he check our wiring, cleared / cleaned out the drain. Then he ran more water into drain to verify the clog was resolved.
The issue - Backed up drain ( during high humidity days) would cause a shut off of the entire AC unit. My lesson. - in addition to adding vinegar to the drain, I need to occasionally swap out piping.
Kevin was very knowledgeable and had our issue resolved quickly and properly. He rates an A+ rating !!

Mark did an energy assessment of my home. He did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing and what his findings were. I currently have not had any work done yet, but just based off of Mark and his assessment, the company seems like a great company to work with.

I recently had an insulation service done by Allied Experts, and I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise displayed throughout the process. Matthew Lombardi, who first inspected my home, was not only knowledgeable but also extremely eloquent. He took the time to conduct a detailed inspection and clearly explained the benefits of the insulation upgrades, including the straw effect and upgraded filters. Matthew also addressed an issue with our water heater exhaust on the spot and provided guidance for a permanent fix.
The implementation team was prompt and efficient, completing the insulation within three days. They were meticulous in sealing escape holes and even constructed a protective wall and cover for the attic entrance that resembled a lunch box. Their craftsmanship has given our attic a fresh and tidy new look.
What truly set this experience apart was Matthew’s follow-up visit the next day to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. The friendly and peaceful interaction with the team, combined with their outstanding service and workmanship, made this a remarkable experience.
Kudos to Matthew and the team at Allied Experts for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Not a good experience with this company and upset every time I think about the day they came to my house. The bottom line is they tell you a lot of great things during the initial visit to your home and the salesman (Nick) is extremely professional and knowledgeable, however once you sign the papers, the communication goes downhill and I had to constantly call the office to find out Information. There was a definite breakdown of communication with the office administration knowing what’s going on, to the operations department executing the job. There are no phone calls or text notifications prior or the day before your appointment. I always had to call Allied for any information that I needed. The day they arrived I asked if they could put booties over there shoes (which only one person did) and asked them to lay down some drop cloths however, the drop clothes that were laid down were soiled, so I ended up lifting them up and putting my own towels down underneath them to eliminate stains on my white wool carpet. During the insulation of the attic and when the job was completed they did not clean up their mess and it was left for the home owner who spent hours vacuuming up insulation, dispersing used face masks, and disposing of other debris throughout my house. The vent to the spare bathroom was left open on my ceiling so insulation debris was falling down onto my bathroom toilet, sink, countertop, floor and tub. There was insulation all over my front steps, my driveway, and my grass from when they were opening the bags to pump it in. They left their work bag (which I left on the front steps for them). Truly unprofessional and I will never allow them to step foot in my home again. I have no idea what type of people Allied Experts hires and I can only say (based on my experience) that they lack training and an understanding of a professional work ethic. I also wanted to mention that we were to receive new carbon monoxide alarms for our home (as part of our package of what we paid for) however, after the job was completed I inquired about the CO Detectors and the service Technician handed me two used and dirty Detectors that he obtained from his work truck that were dated 2020 so I told the Technician that Allied can keep them. Do your due diligence, get everything in writing, ask questions, and watch them if they step foot in your house.
