My family and I used All My Sons April 2024, this is my third time using this moving company, however, the first 2 times I used them in a different state (GA) which was great. Considering I was pleased with my past experience with a different branch, I had my expectations high with the Cherry Hill location. Our experience was nothing less than horrendous. Two of the workers came by, and one of them consistently complained about the amount of items and boxes we had despite making this clear with customer service when I initially booked with them. He complained continuously as well as him being upset that we have a 1 flight of stairs. I let him know that this was also brought up to customer service when I booked them. I am not sure what the miscommunication was here considering this was an apartment. During the move, one of the workers SLAMMED our couch into the corner of the wall attempting to slide it down the steps. This created damage to the corner of the wall (as shown). I am not sure what size trucks All My Sons uses but they should consider getting trucks with larger space. We still had things leftover such as some medium pieces of furniture, etc that could not fit into the truck. We eventually had to call another set of movers from a different company the following week to help up us with the remaining number of items. This isn't even the worst part. When we arrived to our new home, the movers stated that it is company policy to call the office before offloading and the customer is sent/told the invoice and then pays. I kid you not, the movers called for 3 hours straight, including ALL of the managers. On Google, it states that the office closes at 9 PM EST, and I called several times with no answer. The movers called the managers several times---no response. I asked them if they can just offload, however, they stated that they could risk getting fired for going against company policy. Myself and family were very aggravated. It wasn't until much later on one of the managers called one of the movers returning his call and was then told the current situation. Other managers were notified and responded hours later but they were of no help. I was told by management that our belongings would have to stay overnight at the facility because at this point one of the movers had to go home to his family and 1 mover would of course not be able to move out belongings. He also stated that there were no other movers available at the time being (at this point it was after 11 at night). I and my family expressed our frustration and had no choice but to leave our belongings overnight at their facility. The next morning it was VERY clear I was not happy with this experience. A new sent of movers came (3 men), I was told I would of course have to pay as they call the office for my invoice before they get the go ahead to offload. I was told to pay about $1200 and I told the manager absolutely NOT. I am not paying full price for such major inconvenience. After 2 hours of chaos, back and forth, and drama I was then told to pay $600 which I still reluctantly agreed. I mentioned the damage that was done and was told to file a claim. A week later I filed a claim and waited. I received an email stating that the claim will not be processed. I called their corporate office and was told that it will not be processed. I asked for a reason and they said I was still "owing a balance" to be paid. I was pissed off and attempted to explain what happened however, the specialist stated that I would have to talk to the management in Cherry Hill. I did not call because at that point, I was done dealing with alot of BS. Moving is VERY stressful in general, however, this was a very bad and disappointing experience. I won't EVER use this moving company regardless of whatever state I live in.

Not a good experience using All My Sons for my recent move and I would recommend using a different company! I spoke to multiple customer service agents over the phone and sent them a video to confirm the contents of my house that were being moved. The job was given a price quote that was on par with other companies that came in person to give estimates. It was supposed to be a two person job. The day of the move, two guys show up and are looking around my house whispering to each other. They then go outside and one guy comes back in to tell me that this is a three person job and they need to go get another guy. This is at 8:30 am and they tell me they won't be back until 11:30am. 11:30 comes and goes and still no moving crew. Around noon I called the office and was told they would be arriving shortly. When they showed up it was a completely different crew of guys who had no idea why they had been sent to my address. I had to explain the job to them. They got the move done but there were some dings and scratches to the walls in the new place and some small damage to furniture. The price I had to pay at the end of the move was $1,000 more than what I was originally quoted. The moving guys told me that this happens all the time though because the office just wants to make the sale. This is misleading and deceptive and I would AVOID.

EDIT: All My Sons has been provided with the information they requested. Ball is in their court. I will update this if/when they reply. They claim to want to resolve this. If they do not, this speaks volumes. Replying to this message is one thing. Following through is another. The number they gave ... mailbox is full. Do NOT fall for the positive reviews. I just spent my evening consoling and protecting my sister after she was physically threatened by two All My Sons movers. They took over 12 hours to move her and we were quoted 6 max. They were on their phones all day. They blocked the door to the bedroom and took over 90 minutes to reassemble a bed frame. They were beyond lazy. At a certain point, they had worked beyond their usual hours. The two men stood in my sister's doorway, physically blocking her, and threatened to keep her belongings if she did not pay them cash. Extortion. I stayed by my sister's side until after dark because she was afraid to be alone with these threatening men. Run. Do not hire these guys. Thankfully, she got her belongings. I am beyond words at how truly despicable this company is. They held valuable belongings hostage. In her words, "I wanted to call the police, but they had my grandfather's filing cabinet". They threatened to drive away with it. Edit to add: On top of it all, her furniture was damaged. But we were so shaken up, we did not confront them. Truly a terrifying experience.

Edit to add: I also contacted the email address below and nobody wanted to respond to that either. Typical behavior of a company full of scammers. I would hire literally anyone over ever using this company. They showed up late, charged me WAY over quoted price and damaged not only every single piece of the only bedroom set they moved but also the door frame of the rental causing me to lose my deposit. They were supposed to arrive between 8/9 showed up at 9:45 didn't touch ANYTHING until after 10. My husband showed them every item that we wanted them to move, less than 30 items. Upon arriving at my new home they asked for immediate payment, my mother was the only one there because I had to be at a doctors appointment and agreed to pay 1200 OVER the original quote. I attempted to get this straight and found out they were trying to charge me starting at 8:30 and were planning on staying until 3:30. Keep in mind travel distance was 15mins between locations, so 2,5 hours to load 2.5 hours to unload less than 30 items between 2 people which is outrageously slow. Since the movers were so late (after asking to come early) I was with after discharge care team from the hospital when they finished. After finishing my appointment I went to my bedroom and found every piece of furniture in a location that blocked closet doors/vents/made it unusable. They then piled things in the doorway of my bathroom so I couldn't even get to it with items they were not supposed to touch. Every piece of my bedroom furniture was damaged. At the time I couldn't even walk without a cane from the stroke I had 4 days ago and moving all the items to a functional space was not safe. The bed was not put together correctly and the headboard fell off of the bed missing my sons head by maybe an inch. I also found multiple more pieces of heavy furniture that were placed to where they were unusable without being moved, items they chose to pack and move on their own then charged me for the materials. I went back to the rental I found they destroyed the metal door frame, my landlord noticed this as well we lost our deposit. I spoke with Vinny about all the ludicrous charges and the guys choosing to move at a slower rate than possible and he started yelling at me loud enough my child could hear him 6ft away and he was not on speaker. I asked him multiple times to just change the card number on file I was done arguing with him. He not only would not do that he continued arguing and saying everything was my fault. I finally said just change the fing card and he hung up on me. I spoke with another man that had no problem just changing the card. I also spoke with a Tom with all the issues he said to email him then never said anything back. I am now disputing all charges with my cardholder as they cost me well over the inflated rates they made up to charge me as well as them forging my signature on their forms stating I was happy with the move and everything was ok. Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else these guys are dishonest to say the very least.

I used All My Sons moving yesterday and they were phenomenal. They took fantastic care of all of my personal items. The way they protected each item with blankets and shrink wrap, not one item was scratched or damaged. They also did not hit any walls or leave any scratches At either location and some items were tough to maneuver. They were respectful, on time, and went above and beyond in their service. I would recommend All My Sons to anyone looking to do a move. Top notch, moving company.

Raul, Jose, Anthony, Leroy with All My Sons moving were phenomenal with our recent move. They packed our entire 4bdrm with a finished basement house and moved it to a different county in 1 day. They were cheerful, professional and just a great bunch of guys despite it being 95° the whole day. The whole process from quoting to pricing was great compared to others. All my Sons did a wonderful job on moving my belongings. The men were courteous and demonstrated professional service. I would highly recommend this company because not only do they provide service they offer to you to ask any questions and they work with you. One of requests was for to change my pick time a half hour later due to our sanitation collection on my residential block and did just what I asked. They arrived at the specific time that I asked, so my neighbors could have their trash picked up. When they arrived that had all the time they needed with no vehicles trying to come through. I even told my neighbors so that their friends should use this company, as they were impressed how they handled my furniture with loving care. My items were boxed and labeled which made it easy for them to load. Yes, i highly recommend that you pass the word, because they are awesome.
