I don’t recommend this business at all. The person at the front desk was so disrespectful. Susan greeted me by saying gibberish and I ask her twice what she said and then proceeded to tell me that she means, “How can I help you”. Not her trying to gaslight me. Then she calls me slow because I could not pull the image out for my sign. She was trying to be friendly but failed when she call my nails “claws” saying how they are pretty. Then she realizes what she said and apologizes by saying “ she has to stop being comfortable before she gets fired for joking to much”. I am not sure about her. But I wouldn’t treat customers in any joking way when I am going specifically for a business inquiry.
Huge thanks to Susan for doing an awesome job on my house lettering job! The sign came out great and she was able to put together super quickly. Thanks!

This is who you want for your sign needs. As a fellow franchise owner, its good to work with someone with the capabilities of a national brand, but who also has local touch. The team communicated through the whole process and did an AMAZING job on our signage. Big or small, they provide the same attention to detail, fair price and communication throughout.

Friendly staff that not only make great products but are super easy to work with. Highly recommend!
**UPDATE** I went back to FastSigns for a large company project because I was so pleased with my first experience with this team. Once again they provided quality products and service. It's easy to compliment a company when a project goes exactly as planned, but when hiccups and unforeseen circumstances arise you find exactly what caliber of people you're working with. Clint, Christine, Nick and the rest of the team did a great job. Both myself and my company are very pleased. Thanks Fastsigns!
