Bri was great to work with, he responded to my questions quickly, kept in contact with me and was flexible to meet my timing requirements and helped me come to the right decision. He even came to my house during delivery to help us carry the door and make sure everything was delivered! Excellent service, excellent product!

I recently purchased over 40 windows for 2 new construction homes in Philly! I went to Pella cherry hill and met Brion Smith who I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He thoroughly went through the plans and advised me on my options. He always picks up the phone and gets back to you properly. In short windows came in perfect EXCEPT for a few minor issues which he came out to the job site and checked every window and took care of our small problem. You can’t ask for anything more than that. I’m old school I enjoy being treated well where a hand shake still means something! Thank you Brion and Pella!!!
