Mike K was professional, listened to the issues, and provided suggested solutions quickly. He was clear on all pricing and also provided what the typical next steps could be if the first solution did not solve the problem. Luckily it was just a busted hose bib that he replaced and installed an easy access panel. They were flexible with timing and even came same day with no additional fee due to open availability. Nothing ever was an upsell and he was true to his word and honest. NOTE: I live in a new build (
City Plumbing is always professional and competent. I use them for all my plumbing needs. Mike and Connor replaced my old faulty hose bib today and I’m very happy with the work they did.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The technicians (Mike and Joe) were punctual, polite and respectful of property. Their work was efficient, neither hasty nor drawn-out. The work area was left clean, with everything in order. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and welcomed questions.

Called them for a clogged toilet and they were able to make it out the same day. Called them for a clogged main drain and they came the next day. They’re always reliable and fair price. The staff is friendly too. Highly recommend!

We have used city plumbing for a number of plumbing issues, including an emergency issue. They are friendly, efficient and do great work for a reasonable price. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve used city plumbing a dozen times from when I lived in South Philly and now living in South jersey. I’ve had 2 HVAC systems installed, 2 hot water heaters replaced, multiple sinks and water lines repaired and/or replaced over the years. They do great work, always on time and fast. Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Wouldn’t trust anyone else for plumbing and HVAC.

We priced out a few different plumbing contractors in the south jersey area to install all the water lines and sewer line in our addition. The owner of the company, Ryan, came out to quote the job. His pricing was competitive but what sold us on using them was his honesty and his explanation in detail of what his company was going to do for us. Once the work was completed the building inspector even complimented the work City Plumbing had done. We have since referred them to family and friends who were in need of plumbing.
