Very dismissive over the phone and would barley take the time to listen to my situation. Update: changing my review to one star for lying. This is not a fake review and 2, you didn’t spend 20 minutes on the phone with me like you said in your reply to my initial review, it was 5(see picture). You asked questions I did not know the answer too. I told you I was not up to date on these damages which I also said happened recently and I specifically asked if you could connect with my exgilfriend. I also told you I wasn’t aware of this entire process. You didn’t even give me time to pull up my insurance and when I said I wasn’t sure of my insurance you then said you didn’t want to be involved and ended the call. Update 2: They updated the section where they lied about being on the phone for 20 minutes but I screenshotted it because I knew they would do that. Sad they didn’t update the additional lies in their reply. Looks like they’re the one fishing ?

I was so overwhelmed when my basement flooded. As a single mom I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with it. A friend suggested I hire a private adjuster. Working with Dan was a great decision. He handled everything. Kept the claim on track, explained things, and made the process smooth and effortless on my part! Would definitely recommend hiring him.

I’d like to belatedly thank Dan Wixted for providing excellent service for me during two unforeseen incidents. This is my second time calling Dan for an appraisal. Once for my own home, which I was more than satisfied with his experience and knowledge to have the maximum repairs to my home which had a tree fall across my garage and fence. Fast forward several years, and I had a similar issue at my mothers home with a fallen tree damaging her roof. In both incidents, he coordinated with the insurance rep in a very timely manner in order to have home repaired as quickly as possible. Once again, thank you Dan for providing a reliable and valuable service.

Daniel was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful taking care of my insurance claim. He navigated everything with the insurance company. From bringing in mold mediation people to assessing all the damage. Working with the insurance company to get a fair price for repairs and replacement. I really don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I would highly recommend him.
