From the moment I walked in the store I felt totally at ease. Alex was so easy and helpful to work with . She is absolutely the best . Alex did everything that she said she would . I love that she came to my house everyday to check on how the project was progressing. The gentleman that came to do the work were very respectful and knew their stuff. . They never left a mess ever. . All around the whole experience was great. I would never ever go anywhere else to have a renovation done . I highly recommend carpets and more to everyone who needs a home renovation of any kind.. They are the Best !!!! Thank you all at carpets and more for a great job and wonderful experience . My father-in-law recommended this place after we finished off our basement. Carpets & more installed standard Coretec Dakota Walnut. I was worried about the floor being slippery for the kids and the dog. I was pleasantly surprised with the texture and durability. We’ve had this floor for almost a year now and it’s taking a major beaten from my 5, 3, and 1 year old plus my 80 pound boxer running down here. The whole process was easy and the guys who installed the floor did a fantastic job. I highly recommend putting down the under layer they recommend and taking their advice on making sure the floor is level. The sales team is great with no pressure. You get straight answers with no guess work. Prices are reasonable with no surprise fees. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Just redid most of the flooring in my house. Michael was super helpful and brought samples to my house to make sure it was the right colors. Also helped design a beautiful flooring choice. I also got new banisters that were designed for me and came out beautifully. Ask for Michael next time you go there. Joe and his installer team were awesome!
